Michigan City Indiana Sheridan Beach Lakefront Rental Home. This beautiful, spacious, new construction 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath lakefront home is privately located on Lake Michigan in Sheridan Beach. This 4 level home offers beautiful views of Lake Michigan from each level. The Master Suite also has a private bath, and a view of Lake Michigan. This is a high end property that is professionally cleaned and well maintained. This home is located in the best area of Sheridan Beach away from the congested rental area and close to Beachwalk but not too close.
The rolling sand dunes and the 2-3 foot dune grass that grows on them have become the signature of Sheridan Beach, and make this area a cherished vacation spot. Enjoy our back yard with a large grassy area to play bags or horseshoes. Our home is 200 yards from the beach with no other homes between our home and the beach. Our home is within walking distance from Washington Park, The Zoo, The Marina, with daily and weekly boat slip rentals and where sailing and fishing charters can be booked, and four restaurants.
Attractions in the area include the Blue Chip Casino, Four Winds Casino, Lighthouse Outlet Mall, fine dining, wineries, Lubeznik Center for the Arts Art Museum, Ragtop Auto Museum, Michigan City Library, numerous golf courses, mini-golf, go-carts, water park, skate and bike park, jet ski rentals, charter fishing, charter sailing, and the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and State Park.

The Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore Park boasts 8,500 acres of lakeshore nature preserves, bogs, forests, and enormous sand dunes. These dunes inspired the poet Carl Sandburg to write "The dunes are to the Midwest what the Grand Canyon is to Arizona and the Yosemite is to California. They constitute a signature of time and eternity." While hiking the dunes, you will find an assortment of wild shrubbery that can’t be matched.

Recently stayed at this lovely home with five of my high school girlfriends for our annual girls weekend. 1st time for several to Michigan City area and 1st time we've rented a house rather than a hotel. The house was incredible and perfect for our stay--- immaculate, roomy, airy, very tastefully decorated, gorgeous views from several levels of what we referred to as the "ocean" as it looked and sounded as if we were on an ocean. Had enough bedrooms (very comfy beds) and bathrooms for all. Huge living space with kitchen (totally equipped for anything you might need) and open great room where we were able to hang out---eat, drink, visit and laugh until we could laugh no more. Large outlet mall near by for shopping and several quaint restaurants and pubs in the area. Would defintely recommend this house for girls weekend, family vacation, or get away with other couples. Did not have the vacation rental feel like some that are poorly maintained. We felt as though we were staying in someones gorgeous home! And added bonus that cleaning fee was included in the rental.Thank you to Chris the owner for opening up his gorgeous home for others to enjoy!! We are excited to hopefully return next fall!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I booked this house for a girls weekend and was not disappointed. The house was beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. Beds were comfy and it was great waking up to a nice view of the beach and lakefront each day. House had everything we needed. There was great shopping and restaurants in the area. We also walked along the beach - a beautiful short path. We will definitely be booking this house again. LOVED IT!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
