With one of the most incredible locations in the Park City/Deer Valley area this beautiful new town home is sure to be a favorite for families and corporate groups. It is completely decked out with everything from the best designer furnishings to the hippest new electronics. The views from any of the decks are simply breathtaking and getting around town is a breeze with quick access to the free city shuttle or a short walk to the Main Street area.
6 LCD TV’s (one in every bedroom plus a large screen mounted in the living room) all wired for cable service. The property also has a state of the art dedicated home theatre room with stadium seating and a massive 100” screen. Also, the property is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet Access, unlimited phone/long distance service, a six-person Hot tub and a system to plug in your iPod and play it anywhere throughout the house!
This town home is in a luxury four-unit complex, located on Lower Deer Valley Drive, a short walk from Historic Main Street. The four levels are built into the mountainside, with spectacular ski-run views! The main level (second floor) is a large great room combining the living room with its high vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, dining area and a beautifully finished powder room. There’s a separate bar area adjacent to the dining room and a fabulous home theatre room – all on the main level.
Upstairs (the 3rd level) you’ll find three bedrooms, a small loft with a very comfortable chair, and the laundry room. The large and luxurious master bedroom suite occupies all of the fourth level. It has 18ft vaulted ceilings and a stunning floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is a covered patio with spectacular views of the ski runs and Main Street. The master bedroom has a 37 ” wall mounted LCD TV and speakers mounted in the ceiling. The master bathroom has an oversized soaking tub, a separate slate shower stall with rain head and steam shower, along with a regular faucet and a state of the art steam system!
Living Room: A large, leather sectional couch, designer décor, 52’” LCD TV with DVD and ceiling mounted speakers. The gas fireplace has a natural stone surround from floor to ceiling. There is a large covered deck with gorgeous views of the Main Street area and surrounding mountainsides!
Home theatre room: A dedicated room located on the main floor. It is fully equipped for a "night at the movies" with sumptuous, oversized leather theatre recliners and cozy "LoveSac" bean bag chairs.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for gourmet cooking with professional quality, stainless steel appliances, beautiful alder cabinets and granite countertops throughout. In addition there is a bar area as part of the kitchen with seating for three.
Dining Room: Seating for 8 at the gorgeous wood dining table and leather upholstered chairs. There is an additional bar area complete with granite counters and a built in wine cooler.
Bedrooms (all have top quality mattresses, linens, and bedding):
Master suite (the entire 4th level) - King bed plus twin size sleeper couch. Large walk-in closet, floor to ceiling stone fireplace that is gas operated, and ceiling mounted speakers. The master bathroom is simply gorgeous with granite counters, oversized soaking tub, walk-in shower and a state of the art steam unit. There is also a 37” wall mounted HDTV. Access to six person hot tub from the master bathroom.
Second Bedroom (3rd level) – Queen bed, built in closet system, sitting area with an oversized chair that pulls out into a twin bed. Shares custom finished bathroom with third and fourth bedrooms. On third level.
Third Bedroom (3rd level) – Two twin beds, wall mounted 27" LCD TV, shares bathroom with second and fourth bedrooms.
Fourth Bedroom (3rd level) – Two twin beds, built in closet system, wall mounted 27" LCD TV, shares bathroom with second and third bedroom.
Fifth Bedroom (1st level)– Queen bed, bathroom close by in hall.
Hot Tub: Private outdoor hot tub in rear of property accessed through master bedroom.
Mud Room: On lowest level by garage entry, ski bench, cubbies and ski closet. Wall mounted Boot/glove driers.
Garage: 2 car. The driveway is heated for your convenience. However, it is quite steep so
4-wheel drive vehicles are recommended.

We were here for the Sundance Film Festival and it was great. Excellent location. There was an issue with the exterior staircase which was damaged by some falling ice, but they fixed it promptly.
