Very nice place to stay
Very nice place to stay
We had a great time in the area and couldn't have been more pleased with the cabin. Everything we could have hoped for and more. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Thanks Jim and Becky for the wonderful time.

Loved this place!
Loved this place!
We are nordic skiers from the flatlands of Missouri, and we visited the Winter Park area because of the great skinny ski options in Grand County! We were not disappointed in the skiing--nor were we disappointed in this little slice of secluded heaven! The owner was great to work with. The cabin is clean, comfortable, well-kept, and equipped with everything you need for self-sufficient and relaxing getaway. My husband and I spend a lot of time in the rat race so we seek peace and quiet on vacation--and this was perfect for that. It's really the best of all worlds if you like solitude yet want to be close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again on a return trip to the Winter Park area. We do not have kids...but if you do, there are games and a good TV so unless they need a lot of entertainment, a small family with kids/teens would do fine here.

Cabin in the mountains.
Cabin in the mountains.
We were at Winter Park fr the busy President's Day weekend. It was so nice to return to the cabin in the woods. It was so quiet. The hot tub was awesome. We had a fire in the fireplace almost all the time we were there and there was plenty of firewood. The kids slept on the pull out sofas in the living room and the adults slept in very comfortable beds in the bedrooms. We really enjoyed ourselves and would return another time.

The cabin was neat and clean. Bathroom very nice and updated. Kitchen stocked with all condiments and staples. Near town but far enough to feel secluded and private. Great for couples re-connecting or small families.

Nicely furnished. Actually, a small house. The kitchen is well enough equipped and the bedrooms are of good size. Nice living room and kitchen. Plenty of room for 4-5 people. The hot tub is wonderful at the end of a day of skiing. The location is nice. Far enough out of town for some peace, quiet, and privacy. Close enough to town to make a run for groceries, or the ski resort easy.
