Our Condo is in the Bougainvillea condominiums, which are located in Melia Playa Conchal. This resort is the largest and most opulent resort in the country, offering the highest levels of distinguished service. It is located in the northwest section of the country, bordering the Pacific Ocean. The area is known for its spectacular beaches.
Conchal is considered by many to be the most beautiful white-sand beach in Costa Rica. The resort resembles an elegant, modern village, with its villas, rooms and facilities focused upon an impressive free-form pool. The white-sands of Conchal are just steps from your door, as is championship golf. What to expect: Located on the compound of the Paradisus Playa Conchal resort, a 5-star all inclusive family resort on the Pacific side, these Spanish colonial styled condos are well appointed, large 2 bedroom/2 bath units w/approx. 1700 sq.ft of living space.
All of the Bougainvillea Condominiums are privately owned and offer full kitchen, baths, and laundry room. There are no timeshare units on premises. Each unit is beautifully appointed in their own unique style and taste. Resort: This all inclusive resort is situated on more than 2,400 acres on Costa Rica’s North Pacific Riviera, a 15-minute drive north of the town of Tamarindo. The Spanish village-style property consists of 39 accommodations bungalows set amid meandering walkways, lush tropical gardens, bubbling fountains, and ocean and jungle scenery. Highlights include a white-sand beach, free-form pool, and Robert Trent Jones Jr.–designed golf course. Spa services, several shops, and an Internet café with dial-up Internet access are also available (surcharges apply). The resort also offers copious recreational activities, including beach sports, horseback riding, tennis, and canopy tours of the surrounding jungle.
An outdoor climbing wall, bungee jumping tower, and Kid’s Club (infant-12) are also available. Deep-sea fishing, ATV tours, and excursions to National Parks and off-site canopy tours can all be arranged. A modern convention center houses more than 5,000 square feet of meeting space for up to 500 people. Playa Conchal conveniently located in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica on the northern Pacific Coast, just minutes away form the touristic beach towns of Flamingo and Tamarindo. The site is accessible by air travel from San Jose to the Tamarindo airport, a 10-minute drive from the southwest. The Daniel Oduber International Airport in the city of Liberia to the east is a 45-minute drive. It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours of a beautiful scenic drive from the capital city of San Jose. The Property: The 2400-acre (930 hectare) property feature more than 5,000-yards of coastline accentuated by a rocky peninsula with steep undulating topography.
A white sandy beach approximately 2,500 yards long, offers magnificent views of the coastline and is one of the site of primary attributes. A steep ridge over 130 yards above sea level, extends east-west through the central part of the property and virtually divides it equally. The northern slope of this ridge offers spectacular ocean views over the existing All suite Melia Playa Conchal hotel-resort and Garra de Leon Lion Pawn Golf Course, which occupy approximately 10% of the property along the eastern portion of the beach. Amenities: The resort features disco, casino and ten restaurants and bars to choose from if you opt for the all-inclusive package or a la carte. Activities include snorkeling, sailing, kayaking, and biking, among other things. Amenity highlights: Central air, full GE Profile kitchen, club house with BBQ area & pool, Cable TV, coffee maker, linens and towels, washer/drier, dishes & utensils, full complimentary access to hotel facilities.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel and its restaurants, casino, disco, beach, & pool. gated property with 24/7 security on the property.Dining options include casual buffets as well as à la carte Asian, Italian, and steak house restaurants, and beverages can be imbibed poolside, in a lounge with nightly entertainment, or in a pub with casino games. Room service is available 24 hours. Daily activities and nightly entertainment maintain the festive atmosphere throughout the day and evening.
Reservation Details: Deposit: 1/2 deposit is required at reservation, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival. Between 30 & 44 days prior to arrival, 1/2 will be refunded. If cancellations are within 29 days of arrival, no refund will be made.
Rates in US Funds Rate is per night any day. Minimum 3 nights stay, maximum 6 people. Rate is based on unit price, not per person.

We loved the Condo! It is very well maintained and decoration is great! Very comfortable and cozy. Great access to the beach Club and Westin hotel. Kerry has always been so helpful it was very nice person to deal with. Conchal beach is one of the most beautiful places in the world! A car is recommended to move within the resort and enjoy this beautiful place. we would recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in this condo at Playa Conchal, and I can honestly say I've never had a better vacation in all my life. We couldn't have picked a better destination for our first few weeks as a married couple. The scenery and view from the condo was beautiful and invigorating. The resort itself was very diverting and the staff were all accommodating. The native Costa Ricans were all really friendly and the local food was incredible. My husband and I left feeling happy, healthy and glowing.

Thanks so much for letting us rent your condo. It could not have been more perfect for us. Everyday, day after day, with that view of the golf course giving way to the sea beyond....Ahhh. The beach Club is a HUGE benefit -an extrememly convenient, relaxing and friendly environment. Your place was perfectly suited in the center of everything; beaches,restaurants,markets, and yet I could sit on that patio all day and hear only the birds, monkeys and the cool breezes. I'm already planning my return and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks for everything,.

My husband and I arranged our vacation with Mr. Bell over the phone. When we arrived we were met by his manager, Mr. Lara and were given the keys to the condo. Mr. Lara was very polite and extremely competent and in no time we were situated. The condo was very clean and comfortable and each morning we had coffee and breakfast on the patio overlooking the Pacific and the Catalina Islands. In the evening we watched the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The new beach club was incredible. We had such fun visiting Tamarindo and Flamingo and taking drives through the Costa Rica countryside. It sure was a vacation that we'll always remember.

The condo was much bigger than we expected. It had a beautiful view of the golf course. The laundry is right in the unit which with 2 small kids was great. The staff at reserva conchal were more than helpful and the shuttle came quickly and made the ride to the beach and pool effortless. We enjoyed are time here so much. The condo was very well maintained and I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this Reserva Conchal property for two weeks with our two boys over our spring break holidays. The condo was beautiful, clean, well equipped and exactly as described.
