The townhome has 3 floors: The top floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath (plus extra private sink in master), the main floor has a livingroom, dining space, kitchen and half bath, The lower level has an extra great room and full bath which can function as a fourth bedroom suite or playroom. The two car garage will not accommodate larger SUVs, however, there is plenty of street parking, and guest parking out front. Clean, well behaved dogs are negotiable with an extra deposit.
