Please note: This is an exclusive serene retreat located within the property of the MGM. It has a guard-gated entrance, intimate setting with focus on personalized care. There is 24-hour concierge, valet service, high speed internet access (in-suite & public areas), in-suite dining and massage.
Guests staying at the Signature have access to all the MGM's amenities (i.e. The MGM's grand pool, spa etc.) via a moving walkway with private access. In addition, only guests staying at the Signature have access to it's private pools (with pool-side lounge, cocktails, cabanas, glass lava fire pits, etc.), restaurant, Starbucks, and fitness center at no extra cost*. Fun fact: you will be able to charge any service at any of the MGM-Mirage properties to your room.

Guests of The Signature know no limits when it comes to dining and entertainment, with convenient access to the world-class restaurants at MGM Grand, including Joel Robuchon at The Mansion and L¡¯Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Michael Mina¡¯s NOBHILL and SEABLUE, and cuisine by Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck and Tom Colicchio, to name a few. Entertainment ranges from "KA" by Cirque du Soleil to the sensual French sensation "La Femme", direct from the original Crazy Horse in Paris.

This suite is located in tower B which is newer and more sophisticated than tower A. The Signature at MGM Grand is a non-smoking facility. There is no smoking in the rooms or common areas!
Making reservation with us is very simple.
1. Email us with the dates you prefer. if you are flexible, please let us know. We may provide alternative dates at lower rate.
2. After review the response from us, if you decided to reserve the dates, please send us a reservation request email specify the exact dates.
3. Review the rental agreement and confirmation we send you through email. Please feel free to email or call if you have any questions. Send in the deposit or payment as soon as possible. We do have First Come First Serve policy.
4. We accept Paypal, credit card and personal check as payment method. Once we receive all the payment, we will send you the Reservation Confirmation under your name from Signature MGM.
5. Check in at the front desk on the arrival date and Enjoy!!!

Why the Owner Chose MGM Grand, The Signature
We are new owners of the Signature MGM penthouse suite (purchased July 2010). The reason we purchase the unit is because we enjoy staying at the Signature MGM and love Las Vegas very much. The Signature property is one of our seven Vacation rental properties. Our business model is to provide high end vacation accommodation to our guests at a reasonable discounted rate.

My fiancé and I recently stayed in the suite over the Halloween weekend. The unit is just perfect for a romantic weekend! Clean and very well maintained. We didn’t’ turn the television on once during our stay. You get exactly what you see in the pics. The bed is so comfortable and the tub was a blast! You can’t beat the location, as you are far enough away to feel secluded, but a short walk away from all the fun! The owners were great and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. The only complaint was the time spent checking-in at the front desk. They did not have enough staff to accommodate the volume of customers, so the wait was very long. Otherwise, we could not have asked for better accommodations and we will definitely book this unit again!

This was one of three units I rented over the Memorial Day weekend at the Signature...no problems at all. I had a great time and I would definitely rent this unit again. It's conveniently close to the main MGM casino and all other amenities. 2 thumbs up!!

This was a great suite! It was close to pretty much anything. A lot of things were within walking distance. We also used the monorail which came in handy and the enterance to the monorail is in the MGM. They had a little trouble finding our reservation but it was all taken care of. The valet was great and we didn't have to deal with self parking. The TV in the shower came in handy and so did the little kitchenette. We did not get to use the pools since it was way too cold during our stay. Overall a great place to stay! Oh and the fact that it was non smoking made it better! But we are looking forward to booking this place again!

Just completed a fantastic week in this condo - excellent view, excellent valet services, on site security (we locked out selves out of the safe), variety of pools to use, and the location is so close to everything. It was so nice to be able to get away from the action, yet be close to engage in all the activies - walked to three shows in different venues, excellent shopping close by for my wife. Do not hesitate to stay here - it is a no brainer!

We had a great stay at this property.The condo is very spacious with a beautiful bathroom with a huge tub and shower.The king bed so was so comfortable. It was also a nice quiet hotel away from the casino. A short walk to the strip, where you can find all you need: restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, etc. Roger the owner was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

The unit is great and location is perfect. A short walk to the strip, where you can find all you need: restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, etc. I enjoyed all the amenities of MGM Grand. The pool was great!!! it has a river flowing all around, hot spa, cabanas, restaurants and bars. Such a nice place to have fun and relax. There is a concierge service that helps you with all the reservations you may need. I booked a tour to grand canyon and it was a great experience! The owner is very kind and always available to give you all the info. I would surely recommend this place!!! really a 5 star place!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Signature. The condo is very spacious with a beautiful bathroom with a huge tub and shower. For summer travelers the pool at The Signature is perfect for families and those who want to stay away from the crowded large hotel pools. We ordered room service several times and every time we received our order in a timely manner and was delivered by a friendly staff member. It was also delicious each time! Overall, I highly recommend The Signature to those who want a quieter place to stay but still want to be close the action.
