  The Signature is nice and relaxed yet only a short walk from the MGM casino floor. There are a good selection of pools to use and the facilities in the Signature are smarter than the normal Vegas casinos. The suite itself has a brilliant view which the photos probably dont do justice to, it really is amazing. The room is clean and tidy with excellent bathroom/fridge etc. The location is so close to everything, if you're going out and about you can nip back into the MGM and get the monorail or a cab from there, alterantively walk through to tower 3 of the Signature and stroll up E Harmon to the Strip. We'll be back!

  Room was clean, stocked and in good shape. View from balcony cannot be beat. Very good communication with owner and a pleasure to deal with. Can absolutely trust in this owner. (getting to be rare) Thank you, we had a wonderful time!

  The room was clean and the King bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The De-Lights coffee shop had great food at a reasonable price. The pool was still open and the chairs and loungers were very nice.

  First of all Cindy was wonderful to work with. There are alot of available condos out there, but she is the one to deal with. Everything was extremely smooth. I also researched alot of places and she definately had the best price. We stayed on the 33rd floor of Tower A, which is what I wanted as it is the closest to the strip. It had an amazing view and I loved having a balcony. When in Vegas, you don't spend alot of time in the room, but after a long day of walking that jet tub sure did the trick on the aching body! We did order room service a couple of times (the first night when we arrived at 1 a.m.) and it was delicious. If anyone is worried about the walk to the MGM or the strip, they have moving escalators from the Signature to the MGM Hotel. The MGM casino was also my favorite casino, although I really didn't spend time in too many others. One other very nice thing that Cindy did for us was, for a small fee, she let us have our room until 6:00 p.m. Our flight didn't leave until that evening, so we were still able to do some more shopping and lounge by the pool for the day. Anywhere else and the day would have been a waste.

  We will return! This lovely vacation retreat was extremely peaceful and superbly comfortable! We stayed for five nights while visiting Vegas and found the property to be close enough to all the Vegas nightlight, yet far away from the craziness. Favorite amenities: extra large bathtub & shower, extremely comfortable king size bed, glorious balcony with stunning views, perfect size studio with enough room to stretch out and relax. This unit had everything we needed for our stay and we felt it was a bargain for the amenities and location. Highly recommend!!!

  My fiancé and I recently stayed in the suite over the Halloween weekend. The unit is just perfect for a romantic weekend! Clean and very well maintained. We didn’t’ turn the television on once during our stay. You get exactly what you see in the pics. The bed is so comfortable and the tub was a blast! You can’t beat the location, as you are far enough away to feel secluded, but a short walk away from all the fun! The owners were great and answered ALL of my questions and concerns. The only complaint was the time spent checking-in at the front desk. They did not have enough staff to accommodate the volume of customers, so the wait was very long. Otherwise, we could not have asked for better accommodations and we will definitely book this unit again!

  This was one of three units I rented over the Memorial Day weekend at the Signature...no problems at all. I had a great time and I would definitely rent this unit again. It's conveniently close to the main MGM casino and all other amenities. 2 thumbs up!!

  This was a great suite! It was close to pretty much anything. A lot of things were within walking distance. We also used the monorail which came in handy and the enterance to the monorail is in the MGM. They had a little trouble finding our reservation but it was all taken care of. The valet was great and we didn't have to deal with self parking. The TV in the shower came in handy and so did the little kitchenette. We did not get to use the pools since it was way too cold during our stay. Overall a great place to stay! Oh and the fact that it was non smoking made it better! But we are looking forward to booking this place again!

  Just completed a fantastic week in this condo - excellent view, excellent valet services, on site security (we locked out selves out of the safe), variety of pools to use, and the location is so close to everything. It was so nice to be able to get away from the action, yet be close to engage in all the activies - walked to three shows in different venues, excellent shopping close by for my wife. Do not hesitate to stay here - it is a no brainer!

  We had a great stay at this property.The condo is very spacious with a beautiful bathroom with a huge tub and shower.The king bed so was so comfortable. It was also a nice quiet hotel away from the casino. A short walk to the strip, where you can find all you need: restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, etc. Roger the owner was very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.
