Located two blocks from Wrigley field, our flat has a large living room, huge parlor, large, eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bath (tub with shower). It sleeps six people comfortably. The flat is complete with kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, flat screen television, DVD player, etc. The flat is also central air-conditioned, has free wireless Internet and free parking!
Wrigleyville is one of the world's most famous neighborhoods and the hottest location in Chicago, absolutely jammed with restaurants, bars, and theatres! Our flat is an easy, two block walk to the Belmont EL station, which gets you to the LOOP in fifteen minutes!

Why the Owner Chose Wrigleyville
There is almost no way to describe the excitement and positive energy in Wrigleyville. Even though our Victorian Greystone is in one of the world's great cities, when you step out the front door and walk down the street it is much like being in a small town. The corners have four-way stop signs, trendy bars and restaurants are everywhere. Boutiques and theaters dot the landscape, along with some of the most beautiful architecture you will ever see. We're exactly one mile from Belmont harbor on Lake Michigan. Only three blocks from the subway, you can be in the downtown loop in less than 20 minutes. You will fall in love with Wrigleyville and with our beautiful, historic greystone.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
The chief benefit of staying in our property is to reside in such a beautiful, classical Victorian building. Complete with a huge bay window parlor and dining room, there is plenty of space in our large three bedroom flats for the entire family. A large deck on the rear of the building is equipped with a large gas grill and plenty of lawn furniture; a great place for a family gathering. There is a free laundry on site and parking is also available off street or via street permit.

Stayed for 3 nights in 6/11. Travelled with husband and teenage son. The owners were pleasant and professional. The home was very clean. Additionally, coffee and paper goods were supplied, nice touch. We did not need to bring much because there is a washer/dryer for guest use. Good location close to "el", Whole Foods, Wrigley and loads of shops/restaurants. The neighborhood seemed generally safe. Overall quiet, but some city noise. Nothing that interfered with sleep.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

We stayed as a group of 5 in the flat for 9 days this May. Really fantastically located, beautiful flat with lots of space (including a barbeque facility) and welcoming hosts. Perfect if you want a range of good food on the doorstep, and certainly if you're taking a trip to Wrigley Field. Also really easy to get into town by public transport and nice to be located away from the downtown hubub. The facilities in the flat mean you can either eat in or (more likely!) go out for food, but certainly bring a lot more personality and 'home from home' than a hotel for a group of 4-5. Good value all round.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.
