The open Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen floor plan is complimented by a fully stocked kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave. There are 7 ceiling fans throughout the house, air conditioning, 4 TVs with digital cable plus a DVD player, high speed wireless internet connection and lots of board games.
A bonus is the exercise room that has a universal weight system along with a treadmill. If exercise isn't your idea of relaxation, there is a game room with a full sized pool table and a bumper pool table.
Outside, where you will find three totally secluded acres, the little ones can play on the swings while you can enjoy the front and rear decks, complete with seating for 10 and a gas grill. For family fun in the evening, build a fire in the chiminea and let the kids toast marshmallows or have a sing-a-long!!!
The outside enthusiast can bring a boat or jet ski for use on beautiful Beltzille Lake's (see URL below) 949 acres with a shoreline of 19.8 miles. The boat launch is 3.5 miles from the house.
Don't own a boat? A boat rental concession, west of the swimming beach, is open daily during the summer season and weekends in May and September. It rents paddleboats, rowboats, pontoons, kayaks, and small and large motorboats. (610-377-1108)
A 525-foot sand beach is open from late-May to mid-September, 8 a.m. to sunset, unless otherwise posted. A bathhouse with showers and a first aid building are near the beach. First aid is available at the park office during the off-season. Recreational scuba diving is prohibited. A food and refreshment concession at the swimming beach is open daily, weather permitting, during the summer season, Memorial Day to Labor Day.
For the golfer, Indian Head Lakes Golf Course is 2 miles (about 5 minutes) from the front door. Not an outdoorsman? We are 22 minutes from the famous Crossing Outlets in Tannersville where you can shop until you drop. Area shopping (10 minutes) from the house allows you to keep stocked with groceries along with pizza, liquor and fast food. You can even bowl!
Finally, relax in the 8 person hot tub which is up and running both summer and winter. (Summer temperatures are maintained to cool you during those warm days and nights)
There is a $250. refundable security deposit of which $75. will be used as a cleaning fee. However, if the house is clean and in the same condition as when it was rented, we will happily waive the cleaning fee. |
