  I stayed in the condo 8 months ago. I was recuperating from plastic surgery that I had done at that time. So I spent a good deal of time inside the condo the first week after I got there. So very comfortable and luxurious. So very relaxing and modern. Everything one could want is there. From media sources to the best mattress I've been on for a long time. If anyone has questions regarding this special place I would love to volunteer my experience. molly

  This is the 5th consecutive year we have spent a week of peace and tranquility in this resort that never ceases the amaze us. Pristine grounds, beautiful villas and a view that takes your breath away. From the moment you arrive till the time you sadly leave you are cared for by its friendly staff and made to feel like you are home away from home. This villa is well kept, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could ask for. Enjoy morning coffee viewing the sun rising over the Sea of Cortez or cocktails as it sets on its spacious balcony. Large bedrooms with oversized beds and baths, a kitchen to eat in if you choose or select one of the areas many restaurants and enjoy a great meal on the beach ( Hacienda de Cocina for dinner and The Office for a great breakfast with your toes in the sand); in a courtyard (Edith's or Corazon de Alcachofa); or on a bluff with the waves crashing beneath you ( El Farallon). Sip ice cold drinks poolside or soak up the rays on its private beach. The only thing that makes leaving bearable is knowing we will return once again next year.

  stayed for a week, the place is fantastic, huge master bedroom, living room, balcony. smaller 2nd bedroom, 3 bathrooms. fantastic tv and internet, pool was great and right next to the ocean. would 100000% stay again.

  Had a wonderful week long stay at Villa La Estancia. The unit was nicely appointed and on a high floor with a beautiful view of the resort pool and private beach. Property is close to downtown Cabo so walking is not out of the question as with other resorts further along the corridor. Resort staff were very friendly and attentive allowing guests a real feeling of comfort and security. Grounds/buildings were impeccably maintained. Villa owners were very accommodating and rental agreement was conducted in an extremely professional manner. Would give this property first consideration for a return visit.

  We had a wonderful stay at Villa 3708!!! The villa and property are very well maintained and the staff very helpful. The only thing we would have like was a kettle, but besides that we couldn't fault anything!!

  My husband and I spent a week at the condo with my son and his girlfriend in late October. The condo was wonderful! Very comfortable and spacious with a fantastic view from the balcony. We loved the resort as well. It had multiple good restaurants, a small grocery mart, very nice pools and hot tubs, and helpful staff. We walked to and from town a couple of times and got a cab easily when we wanted to. The owners provided many good suggestions for restaurants. If you are going to Cabo San Lucas, I highly recommend staying in this unit.

  This unit is stunning and luxurious in every way - beyond my highest expectation. The location in the complex is perfect. High floor enhances the view and isolates you from the ground level noise (what little of it there is). Additionally, it is on the perfect side of the complex, sunshine in the morning and shade from the setting sun in the afternoon. Looking across the complex from our lanai (or whatever the Mexican version of lanai is) I felt sorry for the folks staying on the other side that had to endure the scorching late afternoon sun right into their lanais. Anyway, the unit is nicely appointed. I don't think I said, even once, boy I wish we had . . . The complex is equally as wonderful. Because it is not a timeshare based complex, the clientele was very tame, the pool area calm and relaxing, and the restaurants were superb.

  It's always a treat to stay in this villa. It's always stocked with basic items. They also leave books and movies there for guests to enjoy. It has one of he most comfortable beds at VLE. The internet access is fast and secure and they have a skype phone which guests are able to use to call home. Great value and a beautiful villa!

  Villa La Estancia is a true delight! We have stayed here before and truly love the staff. Some have become friends. The unit was warm & delightful. Loved the art work. We enjoyed having the morning sun to give you a wonderful start to your day. Also appreciated having items in the pantry to use right away. It was a great help and when we left, we did the pay it forward & left items also. Love the fact that we can walk into town or take the public buses (white mini buses) for a minimal fee. We love finding new restaurants, shops and really enjoy interacting with the people. When we go in February, we are treated to the whales. This year they seemed rather playful & was a highlight! We will stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

  If you're looking for the perfect place to stay, Villa La Estancia is the one! It's close enough to walk to the town of San Lucas and experience many of the local restaurants. If you don't want to wander off the grounds, don't worry. Villa Estancia has several first-rate restaurants for you to choose from! You can also use their well-equipped gym, swim in their pools or the Sea of Cortez, and enjoy the many other amenities offered. The photos are beautiful, but seeing Villa La Estancia "in person" can't be beat! We are hoping to return again next year!
