Welcome to our new home in Paradise. Located in the New oceanfront Hali'i Kai community at the famed Waikoloa Beach Resort, our luxurious condominium is a premium ocean and mountain view unit. It provides you stunning views of the ocean, golf course and gorgeous volcanic mountains.

Our Hali’i Kai unit has been professionally and comfortably decorated and designed to offer you the carefree, luxury Hawaii vacation you have dreamt about. From the moment you enter you will know you are truly in an island paradise. Our unit is in a prime top-story location providing you with breathtaking views of the ocean and golf course and just steps to the luxurious ocean club.

Inside you will find beautiful island furnishings, two large bedrooms and luxurious baths and a gourmet kitchen to satisfy even the pickiest chef. Start your day with breakfast on the oversized ocean view lanai and return there for cocktails and soft drinks as you take in the glorious Hawaiian sunsets. The large ocean view master bedroom suite features a king size bed and spa-quality adjoining bath. The oversized second bedroom offers a queen sized Hawaiian plantation 4-poster bed. There are two high-quality roll-aways for additional sleeping. All bedding is top hotel quality.

Other features include air-conditioning and ceiling fans, stunning tropical décor and artwork, luxury linens, and large flat-screen TVs in the living room, master suite and second bedroom. The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen offers solid granite counter tops, dark African mahogany cabinetry and high-end stainless steel appliances.

As our guest, be sure to enjoy the private Ocean Club where the dramatic lagoon-style pool with a beautiful waterfall offers privacy and relaxation. Kick back in one of the aqua loungers - beach chairs partially submerged in the water to keep you cool under the warm Hawaiian sun. For the little ones, a keiki wading pool offers a fun place to play. Then, at sunset, relax in the spa/hot tub. Grab a workout with an ocean view, on top-of-the-line fitness equipment, at the Exercise Hale. Enjoy casual dining, pupus and cocktails at the Ocean Club Bar and Grill, which is reserved exclusively for Hali'i Kai rental guests and property owners. You can even arrange for a private dinner with a menu created to your specifications!

A short walk away is the world famous Hilton Waikoloa Resort Complex where you can indulge your senses at the famed Kohala Spa. Swim with the dolphins at the Dolphin encounter, and dine at one of the 6 restaurants. Also nearby is the famed Anaeho'omalu Bay where you can snorkel with the turtles, rent kayaks and other water sports equipment and take a sunset cruise.

Activities on the Big Island are numerous and include Championship golf at many famed courses. Hali'i Kai guests enjoy discounted golf at the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones-designed Beach Course and the 18-hole King’s course designed by Tom Weiskopf. Tennis is available at the Hilton Hotel where you also can enjoy the Kohala Spa and Sports facility.   • Wow...what a great place. I stayed in this unit with my husband and two teenage sons for a week at the end of January. This was the first time we rented a condo and the experience was wonderful. It made things so much easier than staying in a hotel. We absolutely loved it.

  • We decided very last minute to join friends of ours on the island of Kona (4 days before departing) Our friends already there came across this particular condo for us on the same property as theirs. The photo's were beautiful but as anybody knows photos can be deceiving. Not the case here. It was actually nicer than the photos depicted. What an absolute beautiful condo! The Tommy Bahama theme was fantastic and everything was beautiful! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone considering staying in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.

  • My wife and two kids, ages one and four, and I stayed at the Hali'i Kai for 10 days this January, including 5 days in this unit. We loved the unit, particularly the interior design and views of the ocean from the balcony, and thought the Hali'I Kai was terrific -- well maintained, quiet, beautiful landscaping and a great pool and clubhouse area. Big Island was great -- probably our favorite now, even over Kauai -- and we're glad we spent much of our time in Waikoloa at the Hali'I Kai. The owner was also pleasant to deal with and everything we needed was available in the kitchen and otherwise. Have a great trip!

  • My husband and 21-month old son stayed in this condo during the last week of June. It is beautifully decorated inside and the kitchen is stocked with everything imaginable! The condo has amazing views and amenities on the premises. We spent lots of time on the lanai - enjoyed having breakfast there each morning and watching the sunset each evening. The multi-tiered pool is so great! Our son enjoyed being able to walk in the shallow section and play under the turtle spray. We would highly recommend Hali I Kai and particularly this unit!

  • My husband and I stayed in the condo last week and absolutely loved it. It was beautifully decorated and practically brand new. Our stay was so peaceful and the property of Hali Kai was so beautifully landscaped, it just made us not want to leave. I don't think it is possible to say enough about the pool. I highly recommend this condo to everyone. It is truly a LUXURY resort.

  • My husband and I just spent an enchanting week in April at this new, beautifully decorated condo. It has all the comforts of home, except that it is in paradise. We started each day on the lanai drinking Kona coffee and ended each afternoon on the lanai sipping wine. The ocean view from the lanai offers the many hues of blue in the ocean against the frame of black lava. We spent hours at the absolutely beautiful, multi-terraced pool. From our lounge chairs we were able to watch waves crashing against the lava, whales jumping, boats sailing by and spectacular sunsets. The location of this property is close to some very great dining choices, but our favorite dinner was when we used the barbecue facilities at the pool. It was hard to top the view, warm breezes and the sunset while enjoying a nice steak. We will definitely be return guest!

  • My three young daughters, my wife and I just returned from a wonderful stay in this well-equipped and new condo. It is very tastefully decorated with all "mod cons" such as wi-fi, Ipod docking station, flat screen tv etc. It also includes two fold up beds and a wonderful lanai with view of the ocean. The most spectacular part of this trip was the very short walk to the amazing pool built on the lava and right on the water with breathtaking views of the ocean and whales. A very restful place to spend a vacation. Our bedroom was extremely spacious and comfortable. However, as age creeps up on me I am used to my own matress and prefer a more firm matress. Whilst our bed was luxurious I did notice it sagged in the middle and it took me a while to get used to the matress. However, this was the least of our worries and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit as a marvelous place for a restful vacation. Having dealt with the owner by phone and e-mail I found her to be more than accomodating in every respect. Rent this unit if you can, you will not be disappointed.

  • We stayed at the condo for a week in March with our eight-year-old grandson. We were overwhelmed with how beautiful and comfortable the unit was. It was immaculately clean and gorgeously equipped and decorated. We could watch the whales frolic from our lanai while enjoying coffee in the morning. And have the luxury of viewing the sunset in the evening from the same seat with a glass of wine. The pool was exceptional and the condo was very convenient yet private. The lava path between the ocean and golf course leading to the Hilton Waikoloa Resort was not only convenient but very scenic. All in all, it as a wonderful experience and we look forward to returning some day.

  • My husband and I stayed at this condo last week and had a fabulous time. This unit is immaculate and extremely well decorated. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. We highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.
