Don’t miss this NEW Condo in paradise! This two bedroom/two full bath vacation home was completed in September 2007 and is professionally decorated. This unit is located in the new Waikoloa Beach Villas development. This famous resort is the former playground of King Kamehameha. Our ground floor unit is on the eighth fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, with views of tee to green. Take a short walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay (A’ Bay) for snorkeling, fishing, sailing or whale watching. There are dozens of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including the new Queens Marketplace.
The spacious master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, walk in closet, dual vanities, separate tub and shower, and flat screen TV with built-in DVD player. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be combined and made into a king bed if desired.
The living room has a large HDTV, DVD player, surround sound, stereo with iPod dock, and a truly comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate up to six guests. The gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters, top end appliances, and is fully equipped to prepare and serve a feast for Hawaiian Kings and Queens! The dining room seats six, with three additional barstools at the kitchen counter.
