My husband and I are Real Estate Brokers with over 60 years combined experience working in the Seattle area. We work 7 days a week when we are in Seattle and enjoy our R and R in Green Valley. We lead a fast paced life in the Seattle area and although we live near the beach and have all the big city amenities, we love the sunshine and relaxed lifestyle that the desert brings.
Why the Owner Chose Greens at Torres Blancas
We chose Green Valley after taking a short vacation here in 2006. We love the smaller community, healthy lifestyle, slower pace, great golf, hiking, walking, biking, swimming and the amazing views of the mountains.There is so much or nothing at all to do. It's up to you! The weather can't be beat with over 300 days of sunshine a year. We have wonderful and friendly neighbors and plan to move here permanently when we retire.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We enjoy the unobstructed views of the golf course,Santa Cruz River (when it's running)the Pecan fields, Santa Rita Mountains and the amazing star lit skies and desert sunsets. You can even see the Whipple Observatory above Madera Canyon. We don't look at any homes in front of us, just peaceful scenery. We have lots of wildlife at our doorstep. Quiet and relaxing!
