My mom (nearly 90), my two sisters and I had one of our best-ever vacations and the Summer Beach house was a huge part of it. The pictures do not do the house justice--it is beautiful and well maintained. Amelia Island offers many fun things to do from the Carriage House horse ride to the Cumberland boat tour and as one person told us when we asked for eating suggestions: "Every place is good." Our favorite was Luigi's for Italian, but everyplace we went was great. We also took the St. John's ferry several times--short and sweet and fun. Our pajama days where we just enjoyed the house and pool were among our best memories. We played games, did puzzles, and with three tv's, everyone could watch their favorite shows. We picked up some pretty shells on the beach, a short walk from the house (for my sisters) and a block drive for my mom to the handicap access. We even got up early to catch a sunrise (then took a morning nap--after all, we were on vacation :) ). Great home for making memories. And we did!!

We love this vacation rental home! Ashton Holloway is great to work with. We enjoyed our stay-- its close to the beach but sits in a quiet, family oriented area of Summer Beach. We cant wait to go back!

Great rental. Easy walk to beach. Loved having the small private pool, the big community pool and the ocean all right there. Rooms in great shape. Super quiet and peaceful area. We are putting this property on our list for the future. Only improvement needed is a better grill (gas would be nice).

The house was fantastic. Quiet location but fairly close to the grocery store for longer stays. Having a private pool was probably the best feature for us-- -nothing like spending a couple hours on the beach, then taking a refreshing dip in the pool afterward. Highly recommended. :)

Near perfect location. Great pool. House has a kind of retro feel, but was very clean. Nice folks. Would definitely rent this property again.

Amelia Island, who could ask for more!! We absolutly loved this home. A private Pool, a community pool directly across from the house, and the ocean right there!!! It was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was so safe that they could go anywhere on their own. We liked the Tennis courts too.

We stayed at the home for a short family vacation and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the outdoor area was beautiful. It was nice to have the option of swimming in the pool. Every morning we sat outside drinking coffee and listening to the birds chirp. And at night we enjoyed the dim pool lights and the warm breezes from the ocean. The home was very nice and open. The beach was so close and very secluded. We made many great memories there. We will definitely be going back.

It was great to find a place that would accept a 2 night booking. Ammenities were great.Lovely quiet community. Own pool, plus the community pool just opposite the house. The beach just a short walk away. A beautiful place to stay. Fernandina is fantastic with lots of great restaurants and fun shops. We had a great time. Would certainly recomend this house.
