If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with the benefits of nature in the suburbs and the proximity to downtown Denver or ski areas, consider this relaxed and friendly, family-like setting. The Garden Level is about 1200 square feet: kitchen, combined living/dining area with wood stove and extra couch that converts to a queen-size futon, a bedroom with a queen or twin beds (your choice), and a 3/4 bathroom.
We share the front entrance on the main (my) level and the laundry room on the guest level. Enjoy a morning walk along the water or through the neighborhood. Or the occasional pitter-patter of dog paws (or barks), cat meow, or parrot greeting.

- The ranch home is located in an established neighborhood very close to everything: downtown 15-20 minutes, ski areas 1-1.5 hours, Denver West office/shopping, and everything in between. I live on the main floor and am offering a comfortably furnished, 1-bedroom garden level for rent. Other than sharing the main entrance and laundry room downstairs, you should have all the comforts of home. An extra computer and printer are available in my upstairs office. The garden walkout backs onto a large yard, water ditch, and reservoir. Very private, peaceful, and full of wildlife noises... and sometimes a fox viewing or two. Guest(s) must like animals as I have a few dogs, a parrot, and a cat that visits occasionally. However, my pets are not allowed in the guests' living space. But yours are. We do welcome well-behaved and friendly animal guests for an extra fee. Guests are responsible for their own housecleaning, but I will provide basic cleaning supplies and equipment.

1st month rent due upon arrival; thereafter, monthly.

Non refundable pet deposit $200.
Payment method: check or cash.
Cancellations less than 14 nts are subject to a $250 Cancellation Fee.
