Why the Owner Chose Tahoe City
Our family enjoys skiing and snowboarding. We have since found Tahoe summers to be as fun. Walking distance to Lake Tahoe is crucial with kids and beach supplies. No busy street to cross (most properties not on the Lake Front are across rte39 or rte89), means kids and dogs are safer. The quiet, tucked away location on a cul-de-saq allows enjoyment of a sunny afternoon. Our neighborhood and House have the look and feel of Old Tahoe. Comfortable and unassuming.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Lots of level terrain and a cul-de-saq afford the kids ample room to play while adults can enjoy the afternoon staring up at the tall Pines, Walking in the adjacent open space Meadow, or possibly a dip in the outside Hot Tub.

We had an excellent stay at this property. Walking distance to lake and very close to Tahoe City. The house had all the amenities we needed and was great for our toddler. The owner was very helpful every step of the way and the pictures are accurate. Everything worked good and there were clear instructions for the house. Would definitely stay here again when our usual property is not available.
Recommended for:Pet owners, families with young children.

We wanted to let you know how much we loved staying at your home in Tahoe City. It is a large and beautiful place in a wonderful location - close to the lake, Tahoe City, and skiing. The craftsmanship of the house is impeccable -- you must have spent hours and hours on it. Thank you again for making it available for rental. It's the nicest place we've rented in the Tahoe area, and we would love to stay again sometime in the future.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
