Retreat is among large pines on quiet cul de sac overlooking meadow. Newly Renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bath house, 1 mile from Tahoe City, Centrally located for skiing at Squaw, Alpine Meadows (15 minutes), and Northstar, Homewood (30 minutes). The house has an outdoor 5 person hot tub and a jacuzzi tub indoors. Space for 4 parked cars during the winter. Pets, please inquire.

Comfortable walk (with a dog !!!?) through the meadow to beach and Coast Guard boat launch. 1 mile to Tahoe City.

2 story house with sundeck and porch. 3 queen bedrooms plus 1 bedroom with double/twin bunk bed and a loft. Newly remodeled bath with jacuzzi tub. Large driveway easily accommodates truck and boat trailer.
