Short introduction
This recently renovated luxury apartment is situated on the exclusive Prinsengracht with a stunning view over the canal and one of Amsterdam’s most picturesque squares: the Amstelveld.
Covering 190m2 over three floors this apartment can host up to 9 guests! But should you be looking for a very romantic spot with your own open fireplace, comfy chairs, king-size bed, jacuzzi, in short: the works - don’t worry: this apartment is very suitable for such a stay!
Beside a large living room with open kitchen , double sleeper sofa and a working fireplace, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms with original wooden ceilings, a loft bedroom with 3 single beds and one king-size bed, 3 separate toilets and 3 bathrooms!

Are you planning a trip with your children? In that case you could not do better than selecting this apartment! Kids will love sleeping in the exciting loft and if you want to keep them closer you can put them in the bedroom next to your own on the 3rd floor. In that case, we can make up the double bed with separate duvets. Please indicate this on the application form if you want us to.
All stairs (including the one leading to the loft) have stair gates and a wireless baby phone is available.
Neighbourhood and location
The apartment is really in the middle of it all. Lt is located within the heart of the city and is close to chic trendy restaurants, major museums, the Anne Frank House, the red light District, the Amstel River and the world famous Carré theatre. The apartment is only minutes away from the popular Utrechtsestraat with its trendy, individual shops, bars and restaurants. The Rembrandt Square area is also well known for its hip nightclubs and terrace bars.
This centrally located apartment in the Canal Belt, is on the 2nd , 3rd and 4th floor of an original 18th century canal house.
It is a truly relaxing home to enjoy a marvellous stay in the heart of Amsterdam.
Tramline 4 (stop: Prinsengracht) from and to Central Station is truly within a one-minute walk from the apartment.
Living area with open kitchen
The living/dining area on the 2nd floor is decorated with impressive canvasses of well known Amsterdam artist Aat den Ouden. It has a large open fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD, and a free ADSL Internet connection. The dining table can seat 6 people (an additional table is nearby against the wall in case you need extra seating).
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, various electronic devices, a big oven and a microwave. It contains a stove with 5 gas cookers, toaster, kettle and coffeemaker.
There is a separate toilet in the hall.
Master bedroom and bathroom
The spacious light master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a king-size bed (180X200cm), side tables and lamps and closet storage. The glamorous en-suite bathroom contains a Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, 2 washbasins, toilet and bidet.
Second bedroom and bathroom
The second bedroom is also on the 3rd floor and has 1 queen-size bed (160x200cm), side tables and ample closet space. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet on the 3rd floor.
Loft bedroom
The large loft bedroom on the 4th floor has 3 single beds and a king-size bed (180X200cm). The loft has its own shower and handbasin.
