Amenities include: central a/c, 2 cable color TV's, DVD player, VCR, sound system in every room, games, 2 cordless phones (one with answering machine), complete kitchen, washer & dryer, sleeps 6 (1 queen, 2 twins & queen sleep sofa), storage shed for bikes & beach equipment.

There is a 5 minute walk to the state of the art fitness center. We are located between 2 pools. Two minute walk to the heated outdoor pool and 1 minute walk to other outdoor and baby pool. The majority of the 33 tennis courts and tennis center are 1/2 block away.

Sea Colony is located between Rehoboth Beach, De., famous for outlet shopping and Ocean City, Md., famous for nightlife.
