This was an excellent place to stay. My family ( 2 adults 2 children) just relocated to Florida from the UK and we needed an apartment to stay in for two months. This condo is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and up to date. The views of the ocean are mesmerizing-could not take our eyes off it. At one point a hurricane was approaching and the owners made sure of arrangements to set up the hurricane shutters and batten down the hatches. That was a huge relief to us as we had no idea what to do. Fortunately, the hurricane only brushed by us as a tropical storm (although it did a lot of damage up the coast). It is worth it to also book their cleaning company (Wayne) for a weekly clean especially if you have a busy house-hunting or touring the sights or fishing/beach schedule. The pool looks a bit small in the pictures, but is really the perfect size and most of the time we had it to ourselves. We liked too that it was in the shade so we could swim and cool off w/o getting sunburned.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My family of 9 and I stayed at this beautiful condo November 21-29th. It was very roomy. We enjoyed the ocean view from the living room and kitchen. The balcony was large with plenty of chairs for enjoying the Florida sunshine. This condo has all the amenties of home. If you are thinking about renting I would definitley recommend it. Leave your beach towels at home. They have plenty there for your use. They also have lots of children's beach toys, games, boogie boards, coolers and fishing poles. This condo is truly an amazing place. I hope to stay again in the future. Hope you enjoy Indialantic One as much as we did!
