2 Bed/2 Bath CANAL FRONT rental home with large screened in lanai in IMMACULATLEY clean and NON-SMOKING condition. Location is second to none. Rental boats, fuel, kayaks, drinks, large loading ramp and bait are all around the corner at the Old Wooden Bridge Fishing Lodge which is seven minutes by boat or two minutes by car. The famous No Name Pub a 5 minute walk. 4 dive shops, Winn Dixie, Ace Hardware, CVS, gas stations and resturants are 7 minutes by car. The home has a lighted fish cleaning station with running water. The canal depth is roughly 3 feet at low tide. The home is tucked deep into a VERY private subdivision with little to no traffic. Key deer roam the property as well as the occasional iguana. Plenty of room to dock two boats. Lots of parking for truck and trailer, etc. plus downstairs storage. If you like the BEACH...Bahia Honda State Park, with its abundant and beautiful white sandy beaches is only 12 minutes from the house. If you like to party, Key West is located 30 miles from Big Pine Key.
