Ample parking under this 3 story home makes it Great for family reunions or large party get-togethers. Or you may rent one side for smaller parties of six to ten. The homes share an adjoining door on the 2nd floor for convience when rented together.
The PERFECT BEACH HOUSE for FRIENDS AND FAMILIES to enjoy their own space yet be together... Each side has one King Master bedroom with private bath, two Queen bedrooms each with full bath, and a Study with a Queen sleeper sofa, as well as a desk ready for your laptop.
Additionally, Sunrise and Sunset both have twin bunk bedrooms with TV's, great hide out for the kids. Poolside offers another bath and changing area with outside hot/cold shower. Beachy style is reflected in the interior with special details of dead head cypress trim to add to the old/new charm.

Our family reunion at the beach

Every other year my 3 brothers and I get together for a family reunion (parents, kids, grandkids) and this year we chose the beach. We looked at many properties online before one of my brothers and I decided on HMS Sunrise/Sunset. My other 2 brothers rented houses close by. The rental of this house turned out to be the decision that made the rest of the trip a huge success. We had the largest living area and kitchen, a very good pool setup and were the closest to the Gulf so most things centered around our house. The house was very well stocked, neat and clean but we did not feel uncomfortable about letting the grandkids loose to run and have fun. I could go on and on about what a great time we had but suffice it to say that the house was all it was advertised to be and more. We would definately stay here again.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

With nineteen folks; we rented both sides, and enjoyed a perfect week. Easy beach access meant grandchildren could get safely to/from the surf without road or traffic dangers. Pleasant place, pleasant landlord, and the area is a delight with really good restaurants. Carol and Hugh Mitchell
