This house has gorgeous views of Pawtuckaway Lake with its small islands and loons. The shore in the view has almost no houses on it, as it is state park campsites. The waterfront is totally private with about 200 feet of swimmable shore. There is a rowboat, two kayaks and a sunfish sailboat for you to enjoy.
The deck has a huge screened in porch next to it. The fishing is fantastic. The interior is completely pine panelled with open concept living room dining room and kitchen. The living room has a wood stove on a stone hearth. The State Park has hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and of course swimming available and is very nearby.
This is a hard to find, special place to spend your vacation. Everyone loves it here!!

Why the Owner Chose Nottingham
Southern New Hampshire is a great location as you can do day trips to the ocean, Portsmouth or Boston, the White Mountains and even Maine. But mostly you won't want to leave the lake!
The Unique Benefits of this House
The lake is wonderful as it has so many interesting coves and islands to explore. There is lots of wildlife with loons and great blue herons. The fishing is excellent! There are a lot of hiking trails near the house, and the State Park is full of great trails too. The Rock climbing is a major attraction within the State Park and some people go "bouldering" too. The climb up Pawtuckaway Mountain is a nice short hike with a look out tower on top.
