Aloha! Welcome to Paradise! And welome back to our returning guests.
Our beautiful 1 bedroom condo has the BEST location in Kuilima Estates West, a gated community in the center of two championship golf courses on the grounds of Turtle Bay Resort. It is a light, bright, newly redecorated end unit on the first hole of the George Fazio course-Kuilima's "Gold Coast". The 180 degree view from the rocking chairs on the lanai is an instant stress reliever.
We ourselves live here from June until November so it a second home to us and we share it as such with our guests.
Two FLAT SCREEN HD TVs. DVR and HBO New maple kitchen and bathroom cabinets. New (2009 dishwasherand microwave. New King bed and furnishings. Computer desk, and colorful, tropical decor throughout create the perfect atmosphere for a fun, relaxing stay.
There is A/C in the bedroom, though the tropical breezes make it rarely necessary.
The condo is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils, 2 Flat Screen TVs, DVD/VCR player, and High Speed, wireless internet.
Kuilima Estates' private swimming pools and four regulation size tennis courts are steps away. The beaches, restaurants, horseback riding, helicopter rides, hiking trails and other activities located at Turtle Bay Resort are also a short walk over to the hotel.
No car needed.
A short drive down the road is Sunset Beach, the Banzai Pipeline, Waimea Bay, and other famous North Shore beaches. Waimea Falls Park, charming Haleiwa Town, and the Polynesian Cultural Center are all a short drive away.

Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay
Our condo has a wonderful, quiet location within Kuilima Estates. It is an exra light end unit with an unobstructed view of the golf course. Watching sunsets from the lanai is a special experience.

Bill and Karen are semi-retired college professor/psychologist who LOVE living on the North Shore half the year. The other half we share our home and have filled it with everything to make it a peaceful and fun evironment for our guests.
