Our beautiful home is located in Savanna’s subdivision 7 miles from Disney World in Clermont, Florida. It has over 1,800 sq. ft. of living area with four bedrooms, two baths, a formal living room, family room, dining room , kitchen and laundry room.
Master bed room has a queen-size bed, the second bed room is also queen-size. The third and fourth bedrooms have 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have TV’s in them. There is also a two car attached garage.
The home comes fully furnished including linens, pots and pans, dishes , microwave and toaster oven. It has a beautifully landscaped yard, with a heated screened in pool with lots of pool furniture. The pool is over 30 feet long and is professionally maintained. We have a DVD player, VCR and play station and pool table in the family room. Our home is clean, well decorated and well maintained.
