BEST LOCATION IN MAUNA LANI!! PRIVACY -AMENITIES
Hale Lani (heavenly home)in Palm Villas, privately gated, this small group of condominium homes bordered by the Historic Preserve and the North Course, affords security and privacy, while still being convenient to all of Mauna Lani’s amenities. With only 9 buildings and 44 units spread over 6 acres of lush tropical foliage, it is the lowest density condo complex at Mauna Lani and perhaps the island.
PRIVACY: No "foot traffic" from the Mauna Lani or Fairmont Orchid, or chatter from golfers. Enjoy the privacy of our panormaic northwesterly view over the historic preserve, basking in the heavenly hues of breathtaking sunsets. Grill some local beef from Parker Ranch or the ever abundant fresh fish and shrimp, on our fabulous Thermador grill while you enjoy the panoramic beauty.
Turn off the air conditioning and fling open the windows and doors, and be lulled to sleep by the gentle breezes wafting sweet tropical fragrances of Plumeria, then, wake to the sweet calls of Hawaii’s beautiful birds and rustling palms. No need for a bathrobe, only the birds can see you!!
We have spared no expense in making this our guest-families' "home away from home". Luxurious towels, 400 ct linens, fully equipped kitchen and designer furnishings await you, with much ALOOOOHA! And the hope you will return every year.
CONVENIENCE. No finer place to PAMPER YOURSELF than the luxurious Mauna Lani Spa and Fitness Center, just steps from Palm Villas entry gate. Palm Villas has its own private waterfall pool, hot tub and fitness center. Walk to everything!
UNIQUELY MAUNA LANAI
-- pristine, private beaches, the best snorkeling in Hawaii. No boat needed, just swim out 20 yards and you will find yourself engulfed by schools of Hawaii’s brilliant and varied tropical fish, sea turtles, urchins and corals. Mauna Lani also boasts a green sea turtle nursery, protecting this endangered species, as well as the petroglyph park.
ECO-FRIENDLY.World renowned for its luxurious upscale amenities, Mauna Lani has the rare distinction of also being honored as one of the world's foremost ECO-FRIENDLY Beach Destinations by Condé Naste Traveler magazine's in its January, 2008 issue. In April, 2008 Mauna Lani was honored with a Green Golf Award, for its leadership in environmental stewardship by Golf Magazine.
FOODLAND FARMS has just opened an GOURMET MARKET with the freshest island seafood and meats, lush ripe fruits and veggies of every kind, on site bakery and if you have no time to cook...a fabulous deli of fresh salads, sandwiches and entrees.
The adjacent boathouse offers scuba, sunset cruises, and whale watching. Snorkeling equipment can be rented for $7.50 a day at the Beach club. You're welcome to borrow the snorkels and beach "toys" in the garage as available.
You will save hundreds off hotel rates, but rest assured you are not "alone", as we have a manager, residing only minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Palm Villas
When I was young, we did not travel between islands, so I never went to Hawaii until a few years ago. The Beach Club's gentle sheltered lagoon was so like the Diamond Head area of Waikiki where I learned to swim as a toddler, and the whole resort was so reminiscient of the "old Hawaii" of my heart, that I fell in love with it. I love our Hale Lani, because of its unique privacy overlooking the preserve, and we can walk to everythig, Beach Club, Spa, Shops.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Watching the spectacular sunsets, snorkeling and just laying back and listening to beautiful birds singing in the morning. I am still awestruck by the volcano's eruptions and the endless things to do on the Big Island. Truly it is paradise.
Owner's Map of Palm Villas
I am a 3rd generation Kamaina from the island of Oahu. I recently retired from 3 decades of lawyering in SoCal, and now reside with my husband and 2 dogs in a small town in Oregon. We have children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and have lost count! God has blessed us with good health and a wonderful home to share with our guests at the Mauna Lani. Hawaii No Ka Oi!
