Our beachfront villa is located 12 miles south of the border off the toll road in the 24/hour gated beachfront community of San Antonio del Mar.We are located accross the highway from the Real del Mar Golf Course.
It takes approx. 6 minutes by car or taxi to downtown shopping or the Night Life...

We offer lots of extras, we are not a stripped down rental, but cater to people who appreciate Finer Things in Life.

View/Location	Beachfront: Just walk down our steps ,( approx. 40) and you are on the beach.... Oceanfront: We have spectacular white water views and fantastic sunsets, nobody in front of you to block your view. Waterfront, not Lake/Oceanfront. Ask for details: We are on the Water with exotic oceanfront garden and white water views. Outside firepit also...
