  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had the great opportunity to stay at #107 at Crystal Sands in Siesta Key, FL. We would like to plan our next trip back for next year! The condo was very clean and beautiful. They make sure everything is provided for your stay and it was great!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn't have asked for a better family vacation from Morgan Properties! Beach was steps from the condo. Fully furnished with all that you would need. We cooked in most meals and everything was there that we needed to prep for our meals! We have been to several different properties and this is by far our best place. You can not go wrong with this unit!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While lounging at the pool, we chatted with a guest staying in another condo at Crystal Sands (not a Morgan Property rental). They were complaining of the outdated look and overall disappointment of their rental. We shared our experience and happiness with Morgan Properties and the condo rental we had and so they came to look at our condo. Needless to stay, they fell in love with it and wanted the contact info so they could book a Morgan Property rental ASAP for their next visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo and the location and we would definitely return to this unit! The only reason we give this 4 stars on 2 ratings was the fact that the tv in the living room was not working for the majority of our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in excellent condition and location. As good as the pictures are, they do not do the unit justice. The grounds are very well taken care of as well as all of the common areas. The lanai's door allows access to the pool and the beach access making it very convenient.
