This beautiful house is located on a pond where you can feed the ducks, fish(kids love to fish in this pond) and turtles. It also has a waterfall and creek. It is very cozy and open. It has an extra large lot with lots of parking, a porch on three sides. It has a washer and dryer. One queen size bed, two full size beds, and one futon that will sleep two and a sleeper sofa. You will enjoy this house because you feel at home.The bathrooms are large because of the great floor plan.The golf cart is included in the price of the house. Everyone falls in love with this house. Great for the person who likes to be outside, with shady porch all day long where you can swing on the front porch, eat out at the wicker table with 4 rocker chairs etc.A new flat screen tv has been added to the living room. Has flat screen in master bedroom and tv's in the other bedrooms with cable.

can feed ducks, turtles, fish, squirrels, birds, this lot has it all . It has rabbits on occasion. little kids can fish in pond also. This property has only one house beside it so you have plenty of room in the front, back, and sides.
