This Hilton Head Island oceanfront vacation home has 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half-bathrooms, with a pool and spa and elevator. Each of the three floors takes maximum advantage of the spectacular Atlantic Ocean front view. Walk out your door onto the deck and along your private boardwalk to find Singleton beach a few steps away.
This is a great Hilton Head Island vacation home as it is spacious, comfortably decorated and offers terrific bedding flexibility sleeping 16. The great room is indeed great as it boasts a 20-foot high ceiling over the living area that includes two levels of windows, filling the home with the bright morning sun. The living area has two couches, and large built-in bookshelves holding a flat screen TV and DVD. This living area faces the Atlantic Ocean and deck leading to the pool.
The kitchen has been beautifully crafted with granite countertops and cabinetry. The island provides added seating with four breakfast bar stools. The dining area, next to a wall of windows, provides seating for eight, oceanfront.
There is a first floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, armoire with a TV and DVD and large master bath with a spa tub and two sinks. There is also a walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a powder room and separate laundry room on the first floor level.
On the second floor, facing the ocean is the master bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, TV, DVD and glass doors leading out to a private patio and a master bath with large spa tub, shower and two sinks. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV and DVD and private bath. The fourth bedroom with TV and DVD has two twin beds** and private bath. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a view of the Atlantic Ocean. A second stacked washer and dryer are also on this floor.
The third floor offers the fifth bedroom with two double beds and private bath. The sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed and private bath. For your added pleasure, there is a large bonus room and balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, affording incredible views up and down the Hilton Head Island coast. Here you'll find additional couches, and a decorative* fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV, pool table, and a second powder room.
Back to the ground floor, you find a 4-hole putting green. Relax outside by the pool, cook on the gas grill and listen to the ocean. Enjoy the company you are with on the deck and lounge chairs around the pool (18' x 10') and spa*, as you deserve your time in the sun.
