Keri Van Winckel, Alamo CA What a wonderful place to spend time with family! Every day was better than the last. Finding new beaches, hiking trails, whale watching right out the window! (Mom and baby whale playing) The tide pools were fabulous- lost count of starfish. Oh, hot tubing and watching a meteor shower, indescribable.
The Quirry Family Thank you so much for having us, it was so much fun and so many memories were made. Thanksgiving was amazing, especially our food we cooked. The house is beautiful and so is the beach. Everyday was filled with activities we will never forget. We checked out Fort Ross, that was really neat. Thanks for sharing this home, we had an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend.

Enjoy solitude or reconnect with friends and family in this private home located in a gated community of only six homes. Lots of space to fly kites or play catch with the kids. Also allows room for picnics, naps, and relaxing. Many trees to climb and places to explore.
Our home is situated on a bluff overlooking the ocean just a quarter mile north of Timber Cove Inn. There is ocean access via a private path and rope descent for the last 20 feet. This is a fun challenge for all ages. Abalone divers love the success they have at our cove. Visitors have enjoyed whale shows from the living room. The hot tub is brand new and easy to use.

Why the Owner Chose Timber Cove
We were looking for a fun family or couple escape that would offer a pleasant trip to the destination. For us that means not much traffic or hassle in getting there. We wanted a place where we wouldn't bump into our neighbors from home.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our oceanfront home offers sunsets and endless exploring of tidepools with many coves in the area. Across the street are hiking trails. TimberCove offers some of the best abalone diving in the area. The award winning Sea Ranch restaurant is right up the road. Alexander's Restaurant is 1/8 mile up the street at the Timber Cove Inn.
Local Farmer’s Market on Sunday’s at Fort Ross School. 30600 Seaview Road. Open 10a.m.-1p.m. Local fresh produce, crafts, yummy treats, check it out!

About 3 miles north is Stump Beach. It’s a walk down to the beach from the parking lot, but well worth it. Take the hike from Fisk Mill to Stump Beach

Kruse Rhododendron Natural Reserve located 25050 Hwy 1, adjacent to Salt Point State Park. 5 miles of hiking trails through the quiet forest, a short loop trail will lead you through clusters of rhododendrons.
25 minute drive back down South. Our vacation rental company is located right in town. In town you will find a wonderful Coastal Gift shop, an all organic cafe with some food choices, gas station and deli, visitors center, kayak rentals, and a Wonderful Restaurant called River's End catching a sunset meal from here is spectacular!!
Best gift shop along the coast! Many things to look at, wonderful coastal souvenirs, at great prices. A must see!
2 kayak companies here in Jenner, Kayak the Russian River Estuary. Kayak over to Goat Rock Beach.
All organic cafe right here in Jenner. Hand crafted treats, organic espresso, yummy sandwiches and soup. Great place to sit, eat lunch, and look out at the calming water views.
A very special location to have a meal, sunsets are stunning from here, but anytime will be beautiful. Unique location resting right of the bluff outlooking to Big River and Ocean views. Great menu, great bar!

When you enter the house you immediately feel the comfort, see the views and know that the right choice has been made. The location is unbeatable, sitting on the ocean with rocks breaking the surf, hidden by trees from any neighbors and the feel of being miles from any interferences. We could not think of any better place to spend time to think, paint and relax. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

This was a wonderful house to get away from it all and celebrate our 30th anniversary. The view was fantastic. It was quiet and felt remote. It is a great location from which to explore Salt Point State Park, which we did, because the weather was nice. But, we could have just stayed put and read books and watched the ocean, never leaving the property, and had a great time too. Interesting layout with 4 different levels. Note: No Cell Phone coverage and no Internet or TV channels-- but for us this was a big plus.

This home and vacation rental encourages conversation, and romance. If you come down with a case of 'disconnectus gravis', that is, your cell phone won't work and your fingers begin typing commands on the table top while you stare at the wall, do not despair! The fabulous Timber Cove Inn is just a 2 to 3 minutes south on Hwy 1. At the Timber Cove Inn you will find great ambiance, refreshment, exceptional dining and WIFI!

Our family of five completely enjoyed our stay. Excellent accommodations. View from the spa is amazing. Great place for our little ones to explore. Appreciated the new appliances, and also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel/lodge up the street. We look forward to staying again next summer!

For my birthday my wonderful boyfriend surprised me by renting this place out for just the two of us. I have to say, the photos don't do it justice - it was gorgeous! We lucked out with the weather and had a sunny and beautiful weekend that gave us a great view of the ocean. The small wood burning fireplace was wonderful, and the hot tub was lovely. The one downside to our stay - the water heater didn't work. We successfully got hot water for all of half an hour before it quit. The phone in the house lets you place local calls, but the number for the rental agency wasn't local, and since there's no cell phone reception out there we spent the weekend having cold showers - not especially romantic. Still, I loved the kitchen, the bedroom, and the privacy of the whole space and would absolutely stay there again. Well, as long as the water heater works next time...
