Our property is a recently remodeled, lateral combination of two Condos, with a vast living space that is both breathtaking and cozy (3297 sq ft). In a private location on a back resort access road, you can easily walk or take the shuttle to Winter Park base -parking worries no more!(Our 7 year old walks in ski boots from our door to the lift in 7 minutes!) A large, entry room and ski/boot storage area add to the emphasis on ski-ability of this property, while the no-holds-barred western décor found throughout is a potentially unanticipated, fun bonus to your holiday (the kids will love their Western styled rooms!).
Bear in mind that this property was conceived and outfitted as a luxury, private holiday home first and foremost, and you will understand that it is quite unique in the rental market. On the third floor there is an enormous master bedroom with two full baths and TV, accessed by one staircase, and two further twin bedrooms with full baths and TVs, acessed by another. A secluded sleeping alcove with a queen Murphy Bed is on the second floor with two further, flexible, single bed options also provided. The kitchen is well-equipped. In general you will find the furniture, fittings, linens and other equipment to be of a high quality. There is in-floor heating on the second floor, where there is the kitchen, expansive living area with wet bar and TV, wood burning fireplace and a secluded sleeping alcove. A sound system brings music to the first floor hot tub room and other living areas - bring your MP3 player or CDs!
This is truly a unique space for a truly first class ski area, where you can relax and visit with family and friends in comfort and style.
