This is a magnificent 5 Bedroom, 6 Bath, second row home with a heated pool* and spa* and views of the ocean. The luxurious, three-story home offers floors of saturnia tile and black walnut wood, high ceilings, marble countertops, multiple bay windows, gourmet kitchen in the great room, separate family room with a wide screen built in TV, 3 fireplaces, multiple balconies, a private bath for every bedroom (two with spa tubs) as well as TV's and VCR's in every bedroom, and an elevator. There's even air hockey and foosball tables and a secret entrance into one of the bedrooms.
With views of the salt marsh, lagoon, and ocean and placed in a setting of palm trees you will feel you're truly vacationing in a tropical paradise. Once inside this wonderful home you'll be met with a saturnia tile floor, which extends from the entry into the family room and first bedroom. The family room is positioned in a setting of bay windows overlooking the pool and palms.
In this bay setting is a large curved couch perfectly positioned to take full advantage of a large built-in flat-screened TV, set within beautiful wood cabinets. Here also is a leather recliner situated next to a decorative* gas fireplace. Study the cabinetry closely and you might notice hinges which to everyone's surprise and amusement allows the cabinets to open exposing a door to a hidden bedroom which offers two twin beds with built in TV, VCR, and DVD and marble and stone private bath. The second bedroom has a beautiful dark wood and wicker Queen sleigh bed, granite and tiled private bath with views of palms, salt marsh, and pond. Completing the first floor is a full bath, which features a rain shower.
The second floor is principally the main living area with a glorious great room splendidly decorated in rich fabrics, palms, and oriental rugs over the black walnut wood floors. Highlighted by the graceful bay windows the great room offers a beautiful, comfortable, and friendly setting for relaxing and rebonding.
The huge kitchen has a large granite countertop island with breakfast barstools and features a built in side-by-side refrigerator, cook top and two ovens. Next to this grand kitchen is the dining area which seats six and has a decorative* fireplace. Additionally available is a computer with high speed DSL. Also, on this floor is the third bedroom with a queen bed, balcony overlooking the salt marsh and private bath.
On the third floor is a master bedroom with a king four-poster bed in a bay setting of windows offering ocean views. In addition to a TV with VCR and DVD is a decorative* gas fireplace. The opulent private bath has, in addition to the granite and stone found throughout all the private baths, a spa tub and large steam shower with a rain showerhead. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed, private balcony with majestic views and private bath with spa tub. This floor also has a balcony as well as the washer and dryer.
