This Solymar Condo has a very unique set-up with a brand new kitchen that features granite countertops and new tile through out. It has two freshly painted huge rooms with TVs and refrigerators. There is also three balconies. One balcony is big enough to sunbath, have dinner or a private outdoor gathering! You can sit on the other balcony that over looks the pool and pool bar and have your morning coffee while seeing and listening to the sounds of the beautiful ocean! Located on the second floor you will have practically your own private steps directly to the pool, ocean, and restaurant. The pool is family friendly and also features a swim-up bar and poolside bar to get refreshing drinks while enjoying the beautiful Cancun sun! Although there is a kitchenette in the unit, the hotel offers a restaurant right practically inthe middle of the pool with an array of assorted foods to choose from. Whether your hanging out at the pool or playing volleyball on the beach this vacation place is surely the perfect one to choose.

My 3rd time staying at Solymar and by far the nicest condo (spacious kitchenette, great balconies and view, and best of all we were able to afford staying in paradise for 2 whole weeks, thanks to Jenean's condo) Solymar is not the Ritz, but who needs the Ritz when walking beautiful white sand beaches and gazing at unbelievable turquoise water?? I would advise if you can't handle stairs and need to be wined and dined you may not enjoy Solymar. If you enjoy casual accomadations, friendly staff and an ecclectic awesome mix of international neighbors you will love Solymar!! Jenean's condo is perfect for 1 or 2 couples, a family or a group of close friends. The balconies will allow you sun-worship time or some relaxing shade depending on the time of day and your inclination. I advise you to hit Walmart on the bus, load up, take a cab back, have some meals and cocktails at the condo, save some money by staying at Solymar, and blow the savings on some great adventures.

My family and I rented this condo from the owner last month and had the most enjoyable time we've ever had in Cancun! The property is beautiful. The personnel are friendly and ensure everyone has a good time whether you want to kick back and relax or go to the clubs. The newly restored beach is unbelievable for long walks and enjoying the ocean. I would recommend this owner as reliable and helpful with all our questions and concerns.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this condo in February 2007 for 10 days. This condo has recently been remodeled and is beautiful. With 2 balconies , the views of the ocean and beachfront going south are spectacular. The resort itself has everything you need, including a friendly staff. They even cooked and served us our bountiful fishing catch at the outdoor beachfront patio. The owners we booked through were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely return to this condo.
