This beautifully decorated and well maintained oceanfront unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub, and free wi-fi. Most of all, it has the most spectacular views of the ocean, splash park and beach from the 280 square foot wrap around balcony.
Enjoy all the comforts of home as well as all the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer - 24-hour security gate, numerous pools, walking/biking trails, children's programs, full service restaurants, embassy suites hotel, 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping and half a mile of white sandy beaches. A large fitness center, health club with indoor pool, tennis courts and racquetball are available for an extra charge. Pier fishing is minutes away. There are substantial savings if you rent through owner, but due to changes made by Kingston management, there is no longer access to the water park if you are renting through owner. This applies to all of the plantation and includes all VRBO rentals and those through other agencies beside Kingston.

My Husband and I stayed at this Condo from October 15-22, 2011, and what a wonderful vacation we had. The property was more beautiful that the description. The pictures are beautiful, but when you walk in you just can't believe it. The view is something that no one can describe. Everything we wanted was right there inside the Condo. We walked on the beach and the weather was just great for us also. I can truly say that anyone looking to rent this Condo would never be disappointed. It was so clean and well taken care of. I can't say enough about this property, except we would not want to stay anywhere else at Myrtle Beach. Location so close to our favorite restaurant ( Cracker Barrel )! Hope to rent again in 2012. The owner made renting so easy, and checking in so fast and simple. The Mitchell's Greensboro, North Carolina

We just got back from our stay at this wonderful condo. My husband and I and a close friend stayed here. We went for just a few days for a friends wedding. Right when we walked in we were AMAZED! Clean, BIG and BEAUTIFUL! The bedrooms are huge and so are the bathrooms. The sitting room is awesome and the kitchen was great. The wrap around balcony and view is KILLER!!! This was our first time in Myrtle Beach and it won't be our last. The whole plantation is gorgous. We would definately rent THIS condo again. All our friends loved our place the best!!!! And communcation with Betty via email was not a problem. She got back to you on a timely matter. Thanks Betty, this worked out GREAT!!!

I recently spent several days at this property and candidly, we would have enjoyed our stay had we never left the property. The description is spot on and the photos do justice. This property is very bright and refreshing with an unbeatable view and big, comfortable beds. The owner was very pleasant to deal with, the property was super clean and has all the modern conveniences technology has to offer. Although this property is in Myrtle Beach, it has a gated entrance and a quiet community that is more family oriennted, while being almost in the middle of all the action. Not only woudl I recommend this property, I will stay there again myself on my next trip!
