This beautifully decorated and well maintained oceanfront unit is new to the rental market. It has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, full-size washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub, and free wi-fi. Most of all, it has the most spectacular views of the ocean, splash park and beach from the 280 square foot wrap around balcony.
Enjoy all the comforts of home as well as all the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer - 24-hour security gate, numerous pools, walking/biking trails, children's programs, full service restaurants, embassy suites hotel, 145 acres of lush tropical landscaping and half a mile of white sandy beaches. A large fitness center, health club with indoor pool, tennis courts and racquetball are available for an extra charge. Pier fishing is minutes away. There are substantial savings if you rent through owner, but due to changes made by Kingston management, there is no longer access to the water park if you are renting through owner. This applies to all of the plantation and includes all VRBO rentals and those through other agencies beside Kingston.
