Our one bedroom unit located on the 8th floor (sleeps 6 adults, 2 children) has been decorated to capture the refined style of a tropical paradise theme.
The master bedroom is furnished with 2 QUEEN-SIZE BEDS, large dresser and 13" TV with DVD player. Adjoining granite top vanities with built in hair dryers connecting to the 1.5 bathroom. Hallway has 2 built in TWIN-SIZE BUNK BED and a QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA in the living room. Each room is separated to give the ultimate privacy.
The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, countertops and tile backsplash. The unit is fully equipped to provide "at home" convenience; all you need is your luggage and beach towels. Living room includes a 32 inch TV with DVD/CD player and ceiling fans throughout the unit. Linens and towels are furnished.

We had a wonderful time at Panama City Beach! Our condo was in a perfect location with a stunning view, some of my best photos were taken right from our balcony! The most important thing to us was finding a rental that was "clean", and we were very pleased with how clean and fresh everything was. I would highly recommend this unit.

My Sisters and I were able to spend time together in August 2011 -- what a fun time! This condo, in the Summit, made our trip most enjoyable. It is clean, comfortable, spacious, well maintained and right on the beach. The pictures are current and there were no surprises. The view from the balcony is worth every penny spent. We loved being able to go out on the balcony in the mornings, drink coffee and watch for dolphins. How relaxing! We plan to return again next year and highly recommend renting this condo.
