This brand new highrise resort offers 213 luxury gulf front Condominiums. Sunrise Beach offers a gulf front exercise room, a covered parking garage, 2 gulf size pools with water volleyball and a lovely waterfall, large pool deck area also has a splash station for the kids or young at heart and 2 spas. There is a BBQ area with gas grills.

Our beautifully decorated 3 bedroom unit is fully equipped and ready to become your home away from home. Enjoy your spacious Living Room with 32' Cable TV and DVD. There is a full sized washer and dryer and the kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances as well as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All your basic needs will be met for cooking and dining ~ just add food and let the chef inside of you take over. When the day is done and the sun has set slip into the Master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and rest easy knowing that you chose the perfect accommodations for your family vacation to Florida’s west coast.
This is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths that will accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. Other units may also be available so please inquire. This unit is smoke free and no pets are permitted. This unit features air conditioning and linens are supplied.
All cleaning and miscellaneous fees are included in the rate. Rates do not include a 11% state/local tax.

The pictures of this condo does not show how spacious it is so when we arrived we were more than pleased. The condo was super clean and all of the rooms are decorated great. We loved this condo being a corner unit so the balcony was wrap around and extremely huge with several chairs and a table so you could have dinner on the balcony. We are planning on going back next year and stay for another week. The condo is located next to Sharky's which has awesome Fat Tuesday frozen drinks. I have no complaints what so ever with the condo however the security guards who walk around the condo are jerks and very rude. Everyone around the pool complained about how they would not let you sit within 4 feet of the pool with anything you were drinking even if it was in a plastic cup. I love putting my feet in the pool myself when I am drinking a frozen drink.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
