This brand new highrise resort offers 213 luxury gulf front Condominiums. Sunrise Beach offers a gulf front exercise room, a covered parking garage, 2 gulf size pools with water volleyball and a lovely waterfall, large pool deck area also has a splash station for the kids or young at heart and 2 spas. There is a BBQ area with gas grills.

Our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom units with extra bunk room are fully equipped and ready to become your home away from home. Enjoy your spacious Living Room with 32" Cable TV and DVD. There is a full sized washer and dryer in each unit and the kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances as well as dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All your basic needs will be met for cooking and dining ~ just add food and let the chef inside of you take over. When the day is done and the sun has set slip into the Master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) and rest easy knowing that you chose the perfect accommodations for your family vacation to Florida’s west coast.
This is a 3 bedroom unit with 2 baths. Each unit is individually owned and decor may vary. Bedding types will also vary in size/type. Generally there is a King bed, a queen bed and either bunk beds or a day bed with pull out trundle in the bunk room and the sofa makes a full size bed.
Each unit can accommodate 8 people. All condos are fully furnished & equipped to make your stay pleasant and trouble free. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, full size washer/dryer in the unit, separate kitchen /dining areas. TV with cable. There is a spacious patio with furniture off the living room. All units are smoke free and no pets are permitted. Units have air conditioning and linens are supplied.
All cleaning and miscellaneous fees are included in the rate. Rates do not include a 11% state/local tax.
***All Occupants must be 25 years of age with a major credit card unless children traveling with parents.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and Check out is 10:00 a.m.
