We rented this condo in Bear Hollow and had a great time in Jan 2011. Steve was very helpful and the condo is top notch. We did find the livingroom small but brought the chairs from the bedrooms for additional seating which worked out well. The clubhouse was a short walk away for the hottub, and I printed our boarding passes there as well. It was a perfect location, right off the highway. The heated garage was fantastic, I have never stayed somewhere with that amenity! We would love to return somedayRecommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our stay over Thanksgiving week at condo worked out great for us with daughter and family while visiting our other daughter. The unit was very clean and decorated just like pictures showed. It was very welcoming when we walked in and the heated garage was a big plus. We would definitely rent this again and would not hesitate to recommend it. We like to eat at Red Rock Brew Pub and Hapa's. Had lots of fun at Jupiter Bowl and went to the indoor pool/sports complex in Kamas. Grandkids loved that. Thanks it was a great visit for us. We had a great ski trip and staying at the condo for spring break was a perfect choice. The stay was relaxing with all of the amenities of home after a long day on the mountain. The hot tub was never crowded (unlike at other places) and was just one set of stairs down. It was a pleasure renting and everything was definitely as advertised, the condo and communication. We have already told others about the condo. Thanks again and we look forward to renting in the future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

What a place!! We enjoyed your condo from the moment we drove into the heated garage. The elevator was much appreciated. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and decorated beautifully, yet very warm, intviting and comfortable. Very spacious rooms for a condo and accommodated our family very nicely. The location...WOW, minutes to 4 great resorts, the airport, shopping and restaurants. We had an AWESOME week of weather. It snowed a total of 2-3 feet the week we were there. POWDER, POWDER, POWDER! Yet the daytime temps were in the 40-50's and beautifully sunny. My kids had a great time and none of us wanted for anything more. Thanks for making our first family ski trip to Park City so enjoyable. We will definately be returning. And just a special thanks for the timely and informational e-mail and phone responses. The communication you provided made us feel even more welcome and comfortable.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My brother-in-law and I each brought one of our kids to Park City for a ski weekend. The condo has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twins. This allowed for great flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The condo is furnished with very comfortable furniture, which allowed for nice, post-skiing gatherings at the end of the day. Everything seemed clean and well maintained. The owners were great to work with. The unit is located about four miles from downtown Park City off of a road that is a main route into the city from the airport. It is very convenient to both the restaurants in Park City and a cluster of shops near I-80. It is also very convenient to tubing, Olympic Park, as well as the ski areas in Park City itself. I would definitely recommend this property and should we travel to Park City again, we'll try to stay there again.Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Overall we had a very good experience. The owners were easy to work with. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Having a heated garage with a ski locker and elevator was a nice touch when hauling a week's worth of ski gear for a family of 4. The complex is in a good location, close to shopping and the ski areas. We would definilty stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The owner was very helpful and professional which made it very easy and enjoyable, The condo is beautiful and stocked with kitchen items that made it very convienent however the beds could be more comfortable. The only major problem I had is that I booked the cabin for a birthday weekend and so when I arrived late after coming in from out of town (around 8 p.m.) the cabin hadn't been cleaned. The sheets were on the floor, the counter tops were covered in dried on food and milk, the toilets were splashed with throw up and it hadn't been vacuumed. I didn't want the weekend to be ruined so I cleaned everything but the toilet's and the beds since I didn't have any clean sheets. When we notified the owner he was very apologetic and professional about it but it still took an hour before the cleaning lady came and she wasn't very nice or professional about it. She put the dirty sheets that were on the floor back on the beds so I ended up washing them myself which took a very long time.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

About the owner: My wife and I bought a home in Park City because we love to ski, especially with our young children. We also love the warm, dry summers in Park City with the miles of trails for hiking and biking. If you like the outdoors, Park City is a great place to be.
Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village:
We chose to buy a vacation home in Park City because of the great skiing (what else?), but found that we enjoy the warm, sunny & dry summers just as much. Bear Hollow sold us because of its proximity to all of the ski resorts, its amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, heated garage with elevator) and the nearby restaurants and grocery stores. You don’t have to go into Park City to find a good restaurant & all the other ‘essentials’ (groceries, post office, state store). It’s a great location for a family.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Bear Hollow is close to all of major resorts in Park City. In addition, day trips to Alta, etc, are also easy. In the summer months, hiking and mountain biking trails are right across the street.
Park City is only a 30 min drive from the Salt Lake City airport too!
