EVEN THOUGH WE ARE FULL MOST OF THE SUMMER, WE HAVE OTHER UNITS, AND HAVE FRIENDS THAT HAVE UNITS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our condo, has the most beautiful 270 degree view of Panama City Beach from our 3 bedroom corner Unit 601. It has 9 ft ceilings, is fully furnished with contemporary West Indies style furniture, top-of-the-line appliances, and the most up to date electronics. Free high speed internet is available in the condo. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with high back West Indies style king-size bed with appropriate matching furnishings and accessories. The large armoire that matches the living room armoire holds a 42" TV. Make sure you take advantage of the large Master bath with a shower head on each end of the shower(think couple shower!!!), and the private entrance to the Gulf balcony.
The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds, TVs, dressers, and night stands. Each bedroom has its own exit to the balcony. There are plenty of closets and drawer space located throughout the condo for your convenience.
The living room has seating for all guests of the condo unit. The sofa makes out into a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, 2 large Chairs called Chair and a Half let out into oversize twin beds.This unit easily can accommodate 10 guests.
The 2nd bathroom may be used by your visitors without going into your bedrooms.
The condo enjoys a large fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and adjoining dining room with dining table able to accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has plenty of seating for all guests staying in the condo and has a 42 inch TV with DVD and VCR.It also has full sized washer and dryer in separate utility room, and a large 270 degree wrap around balcony will make it easy for you to enjoy our home as your home during your entire stay at the beach!
Let us say here, that you and your "baby" are always welcome. We are long time lovers of animals, are members of the Etowah Valley Humane Society, and donate the use of our condo as a auction item for the fund raiser "Top Hats and Tails" each year.
Rest assured, even though we allow small pets, we are exceptional in making sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo knowing that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly.
Para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats are just a few of the things to do while at the beach, or do nothing but listen to the waves and enjoy the rays of the sun.
420 feet of white sand beach on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Treasure Island Resort Condominium is located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park. The condo complex is right on the beach and features 120 ft long heated pool with tropical landscaping, deck chairs and gazebos. We also offer a Fitness Room with Gulf view and Game Room for the kids and teens. The building is served by four high speed elevators, secure covered parking with five separate covered walkovers to the condo building.
Panama City Beach is long famous for its nightlife with Schooners, Club La Vela and Spinnakers within easy distance. Treasure Island is conveniently located on uncrowded Thomas Drive near many fine restaurants, water parks, and amusement parks.

We have several units at the beach, and have friends that have comparable units so if the calendar shows full for your time period, we might be able to accommodate your request.
