Come and enjoy the year round sunshine in beautiful Palm Desert. The ideal location of our Condominium makes for a wonderful stay in the desert. We are just a 15-minute drive from the airport, perfectly located on a quiet double fairway location, yet close to numerous activities including golf, country club, tennis, racquetball, swimming, fitness center, game room, shopping on El Paseo and many dining options.
We hope you love our beautifully up to date home as much as we do. The vaulted ceilings make for a light, bright and spacious feeling. All furnishings are brand new as of Aug 2007 including a completely remodeled kitchen. We have a luxurious master suite including a king size four-poster bed, private door to balcony, large TV with DVD player, & huge vanity in a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a new, queen, memory foam mattress as well as 2 twins (trundle bed), and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The Kitchen is a cook's dream with new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and all of the amenities you could possibly need.
The living room (with wet bar) and dining area is spacious and inviting. The Mahogany dining table will seat 6 comfortably. Relax in the living room on welcoming furniture that faces a 37" wall mounted LCD over the fireplace. Enjoy our 2 balconies. Have your morning coffee on our east facing "breakfast" patio, or BBQ and enjoy a glass of wine on our west facing "afternoon" patio with gorgeous views of the golf course and mountains.
