The Residences at Coconut Point is a very special place, unique in Southwest Florida, designed for those who desire upscale urban living. Come live and/or vacation with a friend or significant other in a life style that you will not find in any other place. For our international visitors, if you are looking for shopping in the USA, this is the place!! For a complete list of the 100's of shops & restaurants within walking distance in the Coconut Point Lifestyle Center,go to the Simon Property Group website. This is just one lifestyle center and/or shopping center in the area. Within a few miles is the huge Miramar Outlet Shopping Center, a couple more miles is the Gulf Coast Shopping Center with 100s more shops & restaurants.
In your completely furnished condo on the second floor, with no units above, start your day waking to the sunrise over a lake with trees beyond.A short walk takes you to Panera Bread for breakfast or Starbucks for coffee. Walk to Barnes & Noble for a good book before heading back to The Residences Fitness Center and/or the Pool with Spa.
Have lunch at The Grape Wine Bar & café or maybe Johnny Rockets. Spend the afternoon shopping at any one or all of the dozen and dozens of upscale shops and retail stores of Coconut Point Life Style Center. Dillards, Chico's, Lucky Brand Jeans,etc. A short walk takes you back to your beautifully decorated condo for a short rest before dinner at Ruth Chris or perhaps California Pizza Kitchen or any one of the other fifteen plus restaurants with in walking distance. Finish off the evening with a movie also within walking distance of your vacation spot in Paradise.
Tomorrow you might want to play golf at any one of the daily fee golf courses in the area, take a 15-20 minute ride to the beach at Lover's Key or go to the Everglades for an air boat ride. Or take your bike to ride the miles and miles of bike paths in the area. Your car will be secure in the indoor parking area behind security gates where spaces are pre-assigned; your bike in a locked storage area adjacent to your condo. The security fob on your key chain will gain you entrance to your building thru either the lobby, the stairs or parking area. The property manager is located right on the property to receive your packages and/or see to any other details about the building and condo. Tomorrow evening the Barbara Mann Theatre and the Naples Philharmonic are well within driving distance about 15 miles each way to Ft Myers or 15 miles to Naples
Your condo is fairly new, bright and airy, with new contemporary furnishings and 3 flat screen TVs, wireless modem, sound system for your IPod. It is on the second floor with no floors above, a quick flight of stairs takes you to the pool and fitness center. Of course, there is an elevator at the lobby with mail boxes. There are trash chutes on every floor. Everything you will need is included from new linens to kitchen dishes, cookware and utensils.
The Master Suite with king-size bed has a walk-in closet,plus a big linen closet and Master Bath with two vanities and a soaking tub. The Guest Suite has a queen-size bed with full bath adjacent. Both bedrooms have the same view facing east to the sunrise. Bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. All rooms have cable (included) outlets.The kitchen and the breakfast bar have granite countertops and is open to the living area. An open area provides for Dining/den/office. There is a desk w/ wireless connection.Laundry Room has washer & dryer, a locked storage area is on the same floor adjacent to your condo.
The unit is beatifully decorated with pictures, silks plants and window treatments.
