This cute as a button one-bedroom condo is on the ground level (of 2 levels--NO STAIRS to climb with your luggage and groceries) and sits right on beautiful Lake Hamilton. It is only a few feet between you and the water! Although worlds away in atmosphere and privacy, Farr Shores Condominium complex is only minutes away from heart of Hot Springs via the new By-Pass. With Lake Hamilton as your backdrop, picture yourself beginning your Hot Springs vacation out on your deck with a cup of coffee and as the birds are chirping, you marvel at the calmness and serenity this part of the lake offers.
Once you get on Hot Spring's main drag (Central Avenue), you are strategically located near Oaklawn Horse Racing Park; go north and you are minutes away to the upper part of Hot Springs, where the cultural and historical section is (Check out all the fine art boutiques, Bathhouse Row, and Hot Springs National Park!), or you could go south, and you are minutes away from the main channel of Lake Hamilton.
We've just added all new flooring to the condo. The kitchen, bathroom and foyer all have ceramic tile, and the bedroom, hallway, living and dining areas are all now beautiful hardwoods. The furniture and accessories of this condo have been upgraded as we would want them if staying there ourselves. Also available is a fireplace, wet bar, and a full-sized washer and dryer. You can tie up your boat within 20 feet from your back door and have it in your sights at all times. Also available on the property is a parking lot for your trailer and a boat ramp. The deck faces west for glorious lakefront sunsets. It is quiet and secluded here with sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, art and the race track just minutes away.

Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
We purchased this condominium because it is directly on Lake Hamilton. Its location faces due west for spectacular sunset views. It is on a quiet part of the lake away from the congestion, but only one mile from Hot Springs By-Pass via Carpenter Dam Road. It is truly a getaway!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condominium has a wet bar, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a fireplace for your convenience. It is also fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen (all you need are your groceries!).

Hi, meet Terri and Rene' Julian. We live in Little Rock, AR, which is about an hour away from Windsong on the Lake. Our house here overlooks the Arkansas River, which is the backdrop of this picture. As you can tell, we love bodies of water! Between the River, Lake Hamilton, and the Gulf of Mexico in Destin, FL, we try to have it all covered. We truly hope you decide to be our guests at our condo at Farr Shores. We continuously make updates to ensure that you are comfortable during your stay here!

Location is great! Nice and quiet yet close to all you need. I would like to of seen less dust and pet hair on floor and maybe some paper towels in kitchen along with laundry supplies and at least a couple of extra towels. Description says furniture was upgraded? We did find the pull out sofa bed broken, and the queen sized but sunk in the middle badly. If those things were addressed we would definately stay there again!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was our anniversary and the fireplace and candles made it very romantic. If we good make a few suggestions, in the past when we stayed in other places through VRBO they provided coffee, paper towels and supplies for doing laundry.

We certainly enjoyed our weekend away at your condo on Lake Hamilton. It was just what the doctor ordered -a little quiet and solitude !! We loved the lake and the people there - everyone was so friendly. Your condo is in a perfect location - close to dowtown Hot Springs and great restaurants ! Thanks for letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven !
