It is an easy walk along the beach or through the town of Bethany Beach to the boardwalk.
Your three bedroom, two bath unit is on the 6th floor of Farragut House in desirable Sea Colony East. This is a beautifully decorated condo with upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. Your unit has a refreshing look with a relaxed, comfortable feel. Each bedroom and The family room comes equipped with a TV, including in the family room a high definition TV with HBO (adult channels and pay channels blocked). There are three VCRs, one DVD player, and the unit is wired for free internet access. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Linens and bath towels are included.
Sorry, smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a recreation fee of $15 to $35 (depending on dates) per person per week over 3 years of age.
