Florencia is a Mediterranean-style complex where natural wonders, the relaxation of Ole River (Intracoastal Waterway) and luxurious world-class amenities join together to create a unique vacation experience. It is situated on Ole River and is bordered by Perdido Key State Park and is a short stroll (300 feet) to the less crowded State Park Gulf beaches (there are parking spaces if you want to drive). Truly the best of all worlds, upscale resort living in a laid-back beach atmosphere.
3 bedroom and 3.5 bath unit (1,850 square feet). Italian tile throughout. King size bed in master, as well as sitting area and direct access to balcony. Queen size beds are in the other two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, shower and High-Definition Satellite LCDTV/DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space. 42" LCD TV with High Definition satellite and DVD player in living room. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Spectacular view of Ole River and pristine Perdido Key State Park from the balcony.

We have so enjoyed each time we have stayed in this condo at Florencia. The condo is not only decorated beautifully, but is a comfortable place to stay. Since it is across the street from the beachfront State Park, the beach is not crowded, and there is a public beach facility there, too. The indoor and outdoor pools are wonderful. Sunsets are spectacular from the spacious balcony. Where else can you sit on the beach, turn one way to see the sun set and then turn around to see the moon rise over the ocean? We love Perdido Key.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My famliy and I stayed in unit 406 this pass fall. We loved it. The unit is absoluty beautiful. We've been going to the Daytona Beach area for 30 years, and after visiting the Florencia in Perdio Key we've found a new beach. We stayed in this condo in June 2008 and absolutely loved it! Perdido Key is a great place to get away from it all...beautiful beaches without all the crowds. The condo was spacious and immaculately decorated. Being across the street from the beach but directly on the bay was like the best of both worlds...only a very short walk to the beach but a beautiful view of the bay from the extra large corner balcony. The amenities were great too...beautiful uncrowded indoor & outdoor pool ad tennis courts. My family has been vactioning in Perdido Key for over 15 years and we find the low density housing, white beaches, beautiful water, tranqulity of the Intracoastal Waterway, coupled with the unique local restaurants is the perfect place for us unwind and relax.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Florencia is a unique property along the Gulf Coast because it is situated on over 6 acres, and is directly located by the Perdio Key State Park. This means that it is usually very quiet and does not have the hassle and stress of being in a high rise condo, but has all of the same amenities. Plus, we are only 300 feet from some of the best beaches in the world. Our location also means those beaches are not very crowded at all, even in July!
