This condo was completely renovated in 2007 and is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is located a short distance from Deer Valley Resorts Snow Park Lodge in Park City, UT. The unit has high end furnishings and appliances. If you enjoy cooking this gourmet kitchen will be a treat with a gas Wolf stove/oven combination a Subzero refrigerator, a microwave, and wine refrigerator, with an Asko dishwasher to clean up with. The condo has the sophisticated elegance typical of Deer Valley residences.
The Queen and King bedrooms with their own baths are located on the first floor while entering from the attached two car garage. The King bedroom has a TV as well. On the main level you have the living room, dining room, kitchen, along with one full bath. The area is open and has the feeling of a great room. Up a short flight of stairs is the open loft with a Queen sleeper sofa and it's own TV DVD/VCR combination.
The living room has a gas fireplace with a flat screen TV above it connected to a VCR/DVD player for your enjoyment. From the deck off the living room you have views of lower Deer Valley ski runs. Local telephone and wireless high speed internet are provided. The beds feature high thread count sheets, and towels are soft egyptian cotton. Each bath has a one time supply of amenities and a greet gift basket will be there upon your arrival. Bottled water will be in the refridgerator.
The unit is on the free city wide bus system for easy access to all the activities and attractions in Park City. The condo amenities include a large year round outdoor pool and two hot tubs,
only steps from the front door. Pool/Hot Tub towels are also provided
Park City's Historic Main Street is close by and features shopping and numerous top rated restaurants. Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge is .5 miles. Park City Mountain Resort is only 2 miles away and you also have The Canyons Resort aprox. 5 miles away. Three ski resorts with miles and miles of terrain all within minutes of each other. Deer Valley Resort is the only resort that will not allow snowboarding.
Winter activities include: skiing (downhill and cross country), snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, tubing, hot air balloon rides, Sundance Film Festival and even horse drawn sleigh rides.
In the Summer there is golf, hiking, biking (mountain and road), swimming, boating close by, and Park City Mountain hosts a park which includes a roller coaster, a zipline, alpine slide and more.

Why the Owner Chose Lakeside
It is in a world class ski destination with three resorts, Deer Valley, Park City and the Canyons close by. Park City has become a year round destination and there are many people that come for the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We don't ever stay in the unit as we live here but our guests enjoy it. It is convient to Main Street and all the resorts. Guests enjoy the skiing and snowboarding, hiking and biking, and all the other various activities Park City has to offer.
Owner's Map of Lakeside
Dennis and Lisa Loomis, of Loomis Construction and Loomis Property Management, bought this in 2007 and gutted it down to drywall and remodeled it. It has been redone to what people expect for quality in Deer Valley. We also manage the property to ensure the high quality of the unit and rental experience for our guests. We own four other units and manage several other second homes in the area.
