This lovely unit in Seagrove Beach was recently redecorated and is fresh and ready for your stay! It is one of the few units that only requires you to walk across the street to get to the beach and just a short stroll to the pool as well! The cozy furnishings and great location will have you wishing you could stay for weeks.
Cassine Garden has two beautiful community pools, a nature and fitness trail, tennis courts, a basketball court, a lovely pond and a private picnic area. The community is very quiet and serene- perfect for a week long vacation or a quick weekend get-away!
The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 'shabby chic' master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new pillowtop mattress and new linens. The room has sliding glass doors that open up to the lower deck. The master bedroom also has a CD player, HD TV with DVD player and ceiling fan. It opens to a private patio equiped with chairs for relaxing. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The lower bunk is full size and the top bunk is a twin. The kids will love the bright green room and colorful bedding! In the bunk room you will also find a pack-n-play with linens for our young guests.
Upstairs you will find a comfy couch and oversized chair in the living area. The new High Def television, web enabled Blu-Ray/DVD player has a complimentary Netflix subscription for endless movie options for your family! Lots of board games and a few toddler toys are also upstairs. The sliding glass doors on the second level open up to a covered deck with beautiful views- a great place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. There are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. A small desk is available for anyone needing to do a little work. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare anything from a snack to a family feast! There is also a half bathroom upstairs.
The entire condo has Saltillo tile throughout and features cheerful colors. Framed photographs of local landmarks are displayed throughout the unit. Washing Machine and dryer is located in laundry room just off the master bedroom downstairs.
The rental includes free Wi-Fi usage, Netflix, 2 new beach cruiser bicycles (over a $100 savings if you rent), beach and pool toys, pack-n-play, baby gate to block the stairs, a charcoal grill, and board games for the entire family! It is within walking distance to The Sweet Spot Ice Cream Shop, Snappy Turtle (beach supplies), Seagrove Coyote (coffee and breakfast), Cafe 30-A, Cocoons, Goatfeathers Fish Market, La Botana, and Flip Flops Grille. And, of course, the beautiful beach is a short walk across the street! What more could you ask for!?!

The condo was perfect for our family that included 1 kid and 2 teens. The only complaint we had was there was not enough tissue paper and soap supplied so we had to go out and buy our own. Other than that our stay here was great.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Loved Perfect Harmony. Nice to be able to ride our bikes to the pools and beach. Had a very relaxing time. Would love to go again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The townhouse was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It was right across the street from the beach and the teenagers enjoyed that. The listing photos were accurate. The air conditioning went out one night and with one call to the homeowner, it was repaired by the next morning. The location had many attractions and restaurants. The only negative was the beach chairs were in bad shape. The bicycles were a plus, but needed some minor maintenance. The Florida Fish House, about 2 miles down the road and recommended on websites, is out of business. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Our apologies once again for the air conditioner malfunction and we are glad that it was handled in a timely manner. New bikes are purchased at the beginning of each summer season as the sand, salt, and frequent use is very hard on them. We try to have them inspected and repaired as needed and will be sure to give them a thorough inspection at your suggestion. Regarding the beach chairs, we no longer provide them for guests as we have learned over the years that they are damaged and lost very frequently. Occasionally a previous renter will leave chairs or other beach items behind in our closet and if that is the case, those are available for use. There is also a beach supply store within walking distance to the condo called the Snappy Turtle. They have a large assortment of items including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, etc. Thanks again for choosing Perfect Harmony for your vacation rental!

We LOVED the condo! It was very clean, had comfy bed, plenty of room to relax in the living area. The colors & decor were fun & beachy. We have spent many vacations in the Seagrove Beach area and always wanted to try out Cassine Gardens and we LOVED the quiet property. The pools were nice and private; nice area for walking; short walk to beach... We definitely hope to come back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Some may think the beaches and the ocean were effected by the oil spill, but we had no problems the entire time we were there. Acutally it was the most families that we've seen for the past 3 years that we've gone. I highly recommed for you to rent this condo for a great get-a-away to relax and recharge. It's near resturants, bike rentals and walking distance to the beach. Also, the condo's pool and tennis court are easy access.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time on our recent visit to Seagrove. The condo was beautiful, so were the beaches. We saw no oil on the beach at all. We did see clean up crews, but we never saw them pick anything up during our six-day stay. (And the crews were very courteous.) Thanks Dennis's for another lovely vacation. We couldn't have hoped for a better vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We live in Nashville and love going to the beach as much as possible. We love it so much, we got married on the beach in Seagrove in 2007!
Why the Owner Chose Cassine Gardens:
The Emerald Coast is so beautiful and serene! We chose to buy in Seagrove Beach because it is very quite with gorgeous beaches. We love the local flavor and the short walk/ bike ride to Seaside. As soon as we arrive in Seagrove Beach, we immediately feel relaxed and at home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is in a wonderful, sleepy little neighborhood with 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, and 10 miles of hiking trails. It also has a pond with gazebo, grills, and picnic locations. We are just across from the beach... an easy walk. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. Our condo is decorated in the 'shabby chic' scheme and is very comforable and inviting. We love watching the beautiful sunset over the gulf each night with a glass of wine!
