This lovely unit in Seagrove Beach is recently remodeled and redecorated. It is one of the few units that only requires you to walk across the street to get to the beach! The cozy furnishings and great location will have you wishing you could stay for weeks.
Cassine Garden has two beautiful community pools, a nature and fitness trail, tennis courts, a basketball court, a lovely pond and a private picnic area. The community is very quiet and serene- perfect for a week long vacation or a quick weekend get-away!
The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The "shabby chic" master bedroom has a queen size bed with a down featherbed. The room has sliding glass doors that open up to the lower deck. The master bedroom also has a CD player, television, DVD player, and ceiling fan. It opens to a private patio. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The lower bunk is full size and the top bunk is a twin. The kids will love the bright green room and cute fish bedding!
Upstairs you will find a comfy couch and oversized chair in the living area. The new High Def television, DVD player with DVDs, book collection and board games are also upstairs. The sliding glass doors on the second level open up to a covered deck with beautiful views- a great place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The dining area has a glass-top table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare anything from a snack to a family feast! There is also a half bathroom upstairs.
The entire condo has new Saltillo tile throughout and features cheerful colors. Framed photographs of local landmarks are displayed throughout the unit. Washing Machine and dryer is located in laundry room just off the master bedroom.
The rental includes 2 new beach cruiser bicycles (over a $100 savings if you rent), five beach chairs, beach and pool toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, a charcoal grill, and board games for the entire family! It is within walking distance to Seagrove Coyote (free wi-fi), La Botana, and Flip Flops Grille. And, of course, the beautiful beach is a short walk across the street! What more could you ask for!?!

Why the Owner Chose Cassine Gardens
The Emerald Coast is so beautiful and serene! We chose to buy in Seagrove Beach because it is very quite with gorgeous beaches. We love the local flavor and the short walk to Seaside. As soon as we arrive in Seagrove Beach, we immediately feel relaxed and at home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is in a wonderful, sleepy little neighborhood with 2 beautiful pools, tennis courts, and 10 miles of hiking trails. It also has a pond with gazebo, grills, and picnic locations. We are just across from the beach... an easy walk. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. Our condo is decorated in the 'shabby chic' scheme and is very comforable and inviting. We love watching the beautiful sunset over the gulf each night with a glass of wine!
This is our favorite place to enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee and pastry in the mornings. They have free wi-fi too... but who wants to work when you're at the beach :) P.S. Amavida has a great cra

THE best restaurant around! The menu is constantly changing with yummy fresh catches and seasonal veggies. Awesome drinks... try the martinis!
Always good to know where the local quick stop is! Great location for the last minute purchases (sunscreen, sunglasses, milk, beer... you name it!)

The best hamburgers on the beach! They also have yummy frozen drinks for both adults and children!
The best brunch around! Try the Southern grits... to die for! The outdoor seating is great. And dinner is fantastic too. This is where we had our rehearsal dinner and our guests raved about the food!

The best view in Seaside. And the good is amazing too! Live music on weekends and throughout the summer. A great place to watch the sunset!
This place is our favorite spa on the beach! Great full body massages and mani/pedis! Be sure to book an appointment ahead of time.
