This beachfront villa may be rented completely sleeping 8 occupants, or separately as a Master Suite sleeping 4 Adults and young children, or a Junior Suite sleeping 2 Adults. On the 6th floor just below the 7th floor penthouse, the unit offers exceptional views of the water, the marina, the exclusive yachts that are docked for the winter season and entrance privacy.
The Master Suite with all amenities boasts a King Size bedroom, bath with dressing area and double sinks, Living Room with Wall Unit and 2 Murphy Beds, Sofa and Coffee table, Dining room with table and chairs, large fully-equipped Kitchen, and a huge Balcony. The Junior Suite has separate double beds, spacious double-sink bathroom with tub and shower, mini kitchen, and a private balcony. Year Purchased: 2007
My family fell in love with St. Maarten when we first visited in 1986. We were one of the first set of purchasers during the development of the Pelican resort area in Simpson Bay and have been vacationing there every year since. Although natives of the Caribbean, we immediately fell in love with St. Maarten because of the friendliness and diversity of the island and the ease in not only getting there but staying there. We own at Flamingo Resort and Royal Palm Beach Resort and now at Pelican Marina Residences. We obviously love this portion of the island because of its accessibility to everything. We have seen employees come and go and have gotten to know those who stay very well. Over the years we have brought many friends and relatives to visit and they continue to come back. We have also made a lot of lifelong local friends and love to share our "HOME AWAY FROM HOME".
