This 1000-square-foot house is quiet and cozy, with finely detailed, artistic touches throughout.

The spacious private yard is enclosed with a southerners stucco fence. Bamboo creates a privacy screen from neighbors as well. A wonderful 100-year-old walnut tree shades nearly the entire yard. An easy-to-use gas BBQ adds to the ambience. There is off-street parking for up to four vehicles.
