This is the place to relax and enjoy the ocean! We appreciate so much the remote location. Jasons pancake house is a nice walking goal for the am with the kids. The house is truly fantastic; well equipped kitchen, the best view, super cozy living room for relaxing after a good meal. This is a great place to recharge and get back to the most important things in life; hunting for shells, flying kites, cooking good meals, running the beach, smelling the sea, comfy beds....Simplicity at its finest!! Thank you Scott!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a tall order to fill: Beach Front; Top Floor; Fantastic Views; Elevator and Wheelchair accessible and this house delivered on all fronts. Scott was great to work with and took care of every detail to ensure a great stay. The house had tons of room for all 10 of us and it was tough to say goodbye to the king size memory foam bed. If you are looking for a great summer rental or even a quiet offseason getaway, this is the place for you, so don't miss it!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

A great house in an ideal location. We were in search of an upper level beach front unit in the southend of OC, away from the crowds and this home fit the specs perfectly. The house is beautiful - clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Its modern features, appliances and layout make it the perfect setting for a large family (we had 3 adults, 3 college children, and at least 2 additional overnight friends most of our week). It's also great for a gathering of adult friends for a reunion or just relaxation. The southend beaches are large, uncrowded and right out the door. Views from the upper level are magnificent morning, noon or night. The garage and drive allow for 2 vehicles off-street, which was necessary for us. The elevator was a great asset for move-in day, but otherwise we never had the need. The extra refrig in the garage was a bonus we did not expect, however, it was nice to have. The grill worked fine for our two bbq nights. There is enough room for everyone to have their own space or gather around the large dining table for meals, games and conversation. Scott is a great landlord, very responsive, answered all of our questions prior to rental, and was there to welcome us upon our arrival. His welcome included wine, flowers and very delicious cinnamon buns - thank you Scott! So, if you are looking for a beach front luxury home in the southend of OC, you will find this property the answer to your search. Just don't take our week!Did you find this review helpful? We have stayed in this house for 2 years in a row and have just LOVED it. It is always very clean and as advertised. It's a fantastic layout for large, extended families. The storage area below is perfect for keeping sand out of the house too. We can't rent it this year but hope to be back another time!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
