Why the Owner Chose Old Las Palmas
Being "in the business", I know to buy ONLY in the best location. Old Las Palmas is THE neighborhood in Palm Springs. It is full of multi million dollar properties with unobstructed GORGEOUS views of the mountains. It is also centrally located and is walking distance to downtown. There are numerous businesses (restaurants, convience stores, shops, etc) close by.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love this home because of the privacy factor. Right after I purchased this home, I had custom gates made for the driveway and side walk. Also, I allowed the hedge to grow so I would have total privacy in the front and the back. No one will know you're there.....it's that private. Also, the location is central to most everything. Your within 3 blocks of the new Rivera Resort and Spa. GREAT food and a fun place to go for drinks by the pool while sitting by firepits. You're also in walking distance of the famous coffee house called Koffi. This is a fun place to go on the weekend mornings, take the dogs for a walk and let them play in the grassy courtyard. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance including a great Tai restaurant to Denny's. (something for everyone).
$75 million renovation to this landmark. The restuarant is great! Also fun to have drinks by the pool and firepits.
