2 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath condo just 3 miles from I-70 and less than 90 miles from Denver International airport. Right in the heart of everything Summit County has to offer. Less than 15 minutes to Breckenridge, Keystone, Cooper, and A Basin and less than an hour to Vail and Beaver Creek.
The living room features a flatscreen TV with DVD or just relax in front of the fireplace as you chill out from a day of play in Summit County. Dine out in one of the many fine establishments within minutes of the facility or prepare a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
The condo features a queen size bed and ample dresser and closet storage in each of the two bedrooms. Along with a queen size sleeper couch with ample bed linens and towels to accommodate all.
The property includes one of the newest Clubhouse facilities in Wildernest; with a swimming pool, three hot tubs, video arcade, game room, racquetball, and a fitness center as well as laundry facilities and a large function room with a fireplace and wireless internet access. The condo unit is in the building closest to the clubhouse so everything is just steps away.
Off road parking is available just steps from the condo unit. There is also the FREE Summit Stage, that will pick you up just steps from the condo and take you to any of the surrounding towns, ski areas, shopping centers, and all that Summit County has to offer.

Sunday to Thursday $125/nt, Friday, Saturday, Holiday & Holiday weekdays $175/nt.
Weekly $700 Thanksgiving 11/19-27, Christmas 12/17-31, Pres. week 2/17-26 $1,000.

Initial payment of 50% is due at time of booking to confirm rate & calendar entry.

I had a great stay at this condo. It's very well situated to hit up a bunch of mountains (6 mountains in 6 days). Extremely comfortable and the clubhouse hot tub hit the spot after a long day of skiing. The unit is fully stocked and we needed for nothing. Most importantly, the unit owner is responsive, attentive to detail and all around pleasant to interact with. You won't be disappointed!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
