Come relax in the peaceful North Georgia mountains! Rock your cares away on the front porch as you listen to wildlife all around you and the wind come over the ridge. Enjoy the steamy heat of the private jacuzzi on the back deck, nestled high in the treetops overlooking a trickling creek below. Roast marshmallows over a bonfire after a day of horseshoes at home, hiking or fishing in the mountains, or shopping in quaint nearby towns.

You may choose to stay exclusively at home once you experience our beautiful cabin. We call it Mountain Due...

For the active, just minutes away is downtown Blue Ridge or McCaysville, where you can choose from a train ride on the Georgia Scenic Railway, quaint restaurants, enjoy browsing for antiques, and look at fine artisan products and artists' works. Live theater and a vestige of the past--a drive-in theater--are also in town. Other nearby towns with activities and festivals year-round include Ellijay, Copper Hill, and Ducktown.

For adventurous, outdoorsy types, select from dozens of activities, including water sports, fishing, and golfing. Sit-on-top kayaks or inner tubes in the cool Toccoa River is fun for family members of all ages, or try a more adventurous trip white water rafting on rapids of the nearby Ocoee. The Aska Adventure area is full of activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Hiking in the Cohutta Wilderness is easy with several trailheads just a few miles from the cabin. The Jacks River is not to be missed! Or stay closer to home and hike peaceful loop trails starting from the cabin.

Whatever your preferences, Mountain Due is ready to accommodate you and your family and friends. With two KING beds and a queen sleeper sofa, as well as a port-a-crib, you will enjoy all the comforts of a true back-to-nature retreat!
